Had an amazing experience at Chubby Cattle AYCE BBQ celebrating my wife’s birthday and a big part of that was our server Sam. From the moment we sat down, Sam was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything was explained clearly, checked in on us at the perfect times, and kept everything running smoothly without ever feeling rushed. His positive attitude and great service really elevated our meal. Definitely one of the best AYCE BBQ experiences we’ve had—thank you, Sam!“

“Came here a bunch of times and never disappointed. The food is delicious and they give a great amount of it, especially for the price. The only little problem is that it has happened that few times they didn't understand my instructions (just no veggies lol) even though i asked repeatedly. I think is just because English is not the owner's first language, so as long as you make sure they understood you are good to go! I recommend 100%“

“This place has been around for 40 years plus. Old seafood tanks. Taped up wallboards. Liquor bottles by the registers. Okay portions. Lunch specials are good deals. Not charged extra for rice or tea. Quick service. Own parking lot is closed off to other lots.“

“If you are looking for a wonderful meal in Cerritos, you truly can’t beat Thai Original BBQ. It has become such a favorite of mine. They offer an impressively extensive menu, and I’m always struck by how every dish I’ve tried is consistently delicious. However, the true star of the show is the Chili Beef. It is incredibly flavorful—the kind of dish that stays on your mind and keeps you coming back time and again.
Beyond the food, the experience is always seamless. The staff is lovely, and there is an impressive rhythm to the kitchen; even when the dining room is full, the food arrives at your table remarkably fast.
Because it’s such a local staple, it does get quite lively and they don't offer online reservations. If you’re hoping to bypass the evening rush, I’ve found that arriving before 6:00 PM is the secret to being seated right away. Even if you do find yourself waiting for a few moments, I promise it is well worth it. It’s the perfect spot for a refined yet easygoing dinner. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!“
