“I’ve been to this place 4-5 times with an empty stomach and by far, the food has always been delicious and worth it. I always get the Perro taco and it’s pretty stacked and good. The pricing for the combos are pretty fair and leaves you full but not super bloated full. The reviews below have mentioned stale chips in their combos but mine were fine.“

“This was our first visit to Sunny on South. We arrived around 1 pm, and we were immediately seated. We chose the patio area, as it looked much more pleasant than the inside seating.
My wife chose the Short Rib Birria Benedict. Two poached eggs, on shredded beef-rib meat and hashbrowns. We both agreed that it was a tasty meal. I chose the BIG Ern's Corned beef hash. This item included corned beef, diced potatoes, a couple of eggs, and a choice of bread. I wasn't as satisfied with the hash as my wife was with her meal. The potato chunks were a little large. The corned beef was a bit stingy and not prepared in a way that I could consider it hash. If you are a fan of corned beef hash, I suggest that you skip this dish. Both items were priced under $20.
We found the service to be fairly good. We were able to order in a reasonable amount of time, and our food arrived in a timely manner. However, it took some time to get boxes for our leftovers and the check.
Overall, we would eat here again, but it might not be our first choice.“

“Wow. Came for takeout, got one of the best, crispiest pork katsus Ive ever had!! Brought a person who grew up in Korea and is pretty picky, and they also agree!! Totally unexpected for just a quick bite we wanted late at night! My pictures don't do it justice because we got takeout but hopefully you can tell how light and crispy it is. Not greasy, the inside is almost creamy not dry at all, perfectly seasoned breading, such that even if you didn't eat it with sauce it would still be delicious!! The Korean style katsu sauce was a great pairing though!! We also got odeng an ddeokkbokkk which were quite good! But we really want to try the kimbap next time because they looked so scrumptious in the photos and they were just like the ones they sell in Korea and have an ideal filling to rice ratio 🤤 as they are supposed to! They were sold out by the time it was late night though, so we will have to come earlier next time! Additional bonus: the place was quite clean despite being a couple years old and run by a
very small team it seems! A very cute simple hangout spot I'd love to bring a few friends at any time and the man at the counter was so kind and nice. Highly recommend, if you can't tell already!! :). The little flower lights and blue and white theme was so cute. I definitely want to dine in next time too!“

“I had the chicken pho with beef broth. The soup itself had good flavor, but the chicken was very tough—it had been cut with the grain instead of against it. It was so difficult to chew that I only managed to eat about 20% of it. Isn't slicing against the grain basic cooking technique for chicken?

However it was good we found a late night option. It was packed when we went there around 9:30p!“

I was worried about the taste of the food, but it was excellent.
The service was good and I had a pleasant and enjoyable lunch.
If I had one wish, it would have been closer to the road so that it was covered by a curtain or artificial flower pot.“

Waited about 8-10 min (someone did say they would be with us but then proceeded to go to the back and move around the bar checking on other patrons). My husband decided to get up and grab us a menu. Finally Dan (1 of the 4 bartenders/barbacks asked us what we wanted). He was lovely, attentive, and had wonderful suggestions. He made a fabulous old-fashioned and pomegranate mule. We at the ricotta cavatelli, spicy broccolini, and heirloom tomato burrata. The food was delicious (one of the best meals we have had in a while, the flavors were perfect 👌.“

This place is a great choice for ayce sushi. All the fish was high quality and very fresh. The owner was super friendly and accommodating. The store itself is very clean. I'll definitely be back for the AYCE sushi! Check out there new weekly specials! They had 1$ beer when we were there.“

Giant Chicken Katsu with curry and tonkatsu sauce is huge! Flaky outside, tender and juicy inside. Make sure to come hungry.

Busy night, but the service staff were efficient and attentive. Parking is a challenge when busy.“

“Stellar service and delicious authentic food. I went as a solo diner and the server was incredibly kind and attentive without disturbing me at all! The food was good, a bit heavy and salty for most but absolutely what I expected from a Sichuanese restaurant. The server also informed me of this beforehand.

Prices were unbelievable for the area. $15 for a large, deep, noodle bowl with perfectly cooked noodles, fresh bok choi, and perfectly stewed chunks of beef. Everything served piping hot. I will definitely be back!“

Ever since I discovered Cho Dang last year, it’s become a staple in my local restaurant rotation. Chodang in Cerritos hits the spot when you’re craving comforting, cozy Korean eats. Their popular soondubu is rich, flavorful, and served boiling hot, just the way it should be. The sizzling stone pot bibimbap has the most perfect crispy rice layer on the bottom. Other dishes we tried included the donkatsu/pork cutlet and the seafood pancake.

Each and every item was delicious! There was nothing I would change about any of the food I had. It was and is always the perfect cozy meal. Service is great as well, and the portions are extremely generous. Hope you can try Cho Dang soon if you haven’t already!“

“1. Chueotang is not as thick as in Korea, but it seems to be the best here.2. Loving pig's feet and even lettuce. However, it is not a jokbal full of scent of herbal medicine, octagonal or cinnamon. A kind of succulent-like, unscented feeling.3. The owner and the server are very kind.4. To be honest, I've never seen a Korean restaurant with this level of sound quality at this price.“

“I always have a pleasant time at Silverlake Ramen. I always get The Blaze which is one of there spicer ramens with an amazing thick broth that is always the best on cold days. Ever since my friend showed me this place I been hooked ever since and now I take my friends here. I also recommend there dumplings which I always get. The Service here is always nice as well. They do a good job at answering all my questions and have always been kind.“
