“We had a dinner get together with family about 20 people… the food was great but Alejandra who waited for us was phenomenal. Can you imagine 20 of us, but we never had to ask for another drink, she automatically filled our glasses and she had a smile all the time. She was good in assisting our gluten free family members on what food items was available. We didn’t have to wait long for the food to be served. “Wow. Came for takeout, got one of the best, crispiest pork katsus Ive ever had!! Brought a person who grew up in Korea and is pretty picky, and they also agree!! Totally unexpected for just a quick bite we wanted late at night! My pictures don't do it justice because we got takeout but hopefully you can tell how light and crispy it is. Not greasy, the inside is almost creamy not dry at all, perfectly seasoned breading, such that even if you didn't eat it with sauce it would still be delicious!! The Korean style katsu sauce was a great pairing though!! We also got odeng an ddeokkbokkk which were quite good! But we really want to try the kimbap next time because they looked so scrumptious in the photos and they were just like the ones they sell in Korea and have an ideal filling to rice ratio 🤤 as they are supposed to! They were sold out by the time it was late night though, so we will have to come earlier next time! Additional bonus: the place was quite clean despite being a couple years old and run by a
very small team it seems! A very cute simple hangout spot I'd love to bring a few friends at any time and the man at the counter was so kind and nice. Highly recommend, if you can't tell already!! :). The little flower lights and blue and white theme was so cute. I definitely want to dine in next time too!“

“This was our first visit to Sunny on South. We arrived around 1 pm, and we were immediately seated. We chose the patio area, as it looked much more pleasant than the inside seating.
My wife chose the Short Rib Birria Benedict. Two poached eggs, on shredded beef-rib meat and hashbrowns. We both agreed that it was a tasty meal. I chose the BIG Ern's Corned beef hash. This item included corned beef, diced potatoes, a couple of eggs, and a choice of bread. I wasn't as satisfied with the hash as my wife was with her meal. The potato chunks were a little large. The corned beef was a bit stingy and not prepared in a way that I could consider it hash. If you are a fan of corned beef hash, I suggest that you skip this dish. Both items were priced under $20.
We found the service to be fairly good. We were able to order in a reasonable amount of time, and our food arrived in a timely manner. However, it took some time to get boxes for our leftovers and the check.
Overall, we would eat here again, but it might not be our first choice.“

India’s Spice Grill is a true hidden gem and one of the most authentic Indian restaurants I’ve ever been to. It’s a family-owned and operated place, and you can feel that warmth the moment you walk in.

Their Butter Chicken is hands-down the best I’ve tried, creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The tawa roti took me straight back home with its soft texture and fresh-off-the-griddle aroma. Everything here tastes freshly made with love, not like the reheated food you find in many places.

What really sets this restaurant apart is Satnam Paji, who welcomes you like family and treats you like one too. He genuinely cares about every guest and makes sure you leave happy and full.

If you’re looking for authentic Indian food, generous portions, and that comforting “ghar ka khana” feel, this is the place. Highly recommend to anyone craving real Indian flavor and hospitality!“

“Out of all the businesses that exist in this small plaza in Cerritos, Soup Shop has to be one of the best. Walking up to the front of the restaurant, I felt a little uncomfortable because there were so many people waiting for a table outside. I put name down for two and was told it would be a 25 minute wait but didn’t even end up waiting the whole 25, they had the table ready pretty quick.

After sitting down, we both ordered our pho and the food was out in less than ten minutes. I had the combination and my friend ordered the oxtail with a bone on the side. They were both amazing. Considering the price you pay, which most of the pho bowls here are over 15$, the portion makes it absolutely worth it. On top of that, you get unlimited noodle refills to eat with your soup. I have never had this before at any pho restaurant but it was a welcome change haha.

Our server was also very accommodating. He brought me a glass of hot water because I didn’t want ice water and he also checked on us repeatedly to make sure we were doing okay.“

The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and quick to accommodate any requests. On the rare occasion that an order is incorrect, they go above and beyond to make it right without hesitation. The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the breakfast burritos and chicken plates.“

Ever since I discovered Cho Dang last year, it’s become a staple in my local restaurant rotation. Chodang in Cerritos hits the spot when you’re craving comforting, cozy Korean eats. Their popular soondubu is rich, flavorful, and served boiling hot, just the way it should be. The sizzling stone pot bibimbap has the most perfect crispy rice layer on the bottom. Other dishes we tried included the donkatsu/pork cutlet and the seafood pancake.

Each and every item was delicious! There was nothing I would change about any of the food I had. It was and is always the perfect cozy meal. Service is great as well, and the portions are extremely generous. Hope you can try Cho Dang soon if you haven’t already!“
