“The Italian food here is so delicious and authentic! Our favorites were the roasted porchetta pinsa, shrimp scampi and gnocchi al ragu. The affogato was perfect on a hot day and the tiramisu and cannoli were great sweet treats. The staff is super friendly, the interior is very cute, and there is seating inside and outside. This is such a great spot to have at the Chino Hills Shoppes. Definitely visit when you are in the area!“

“We dropped by this afternoon to pickup some lunch and fuel with our RV before heading to camp at Prado. Magic’s made us a couple of the most delicious cheeseburger combos we have had in a long time. “It's not the best pizza I've ever had but it's VERY good for a local spot and intend to come back. It's not a knock against them that I gave them 4 stars, I'm just a deep dish kind of guy but the service was great, the pizza was really good. “Easily the best pizza in Upland and the Inland Empire as a whole, and I'd personally argue the best in Southern California. It's at least in the top 3. The owner Mario is the coolest guy, and works hard to make pizza that stands alone. This is a small family operation, so stuck up yuppie influencers might not love the location or decor and straightforward presentation, but the food is what matters. You won't find better for the price.“

Always good, family friendly, just don't get hungry for spaghetti on Wednesday. To my knowledge they've never been open on Wednesday.“

“This restaurant is located in a shopping plaza at the corner of Birch Street and Kraemer Blvd in Brea. Parking was easy on a Monday evening. We did not need reservations and were seated promptly on arrival as it was pretty empty. The service was overall good. Our waiter checked in on us multiple times and was attentive. The complimentary bread and garlic butter was great, but the rest of the food was fine, honestly nothing special. Our pastas were on the oilier side and salty, but the portion sizes are huge.“

“This is an italian, european style restaurant that is easy to access from the free-parking lot across the street. It is small so if you're sitting for more than 4 people I would recommend making a reservation.

Starting with service, the waitress was quite attentive to our table. Her timing every check up was decent, not over-asking how we're doing.

I actually liked their menus which were clean, easy to read, though felt like holding a book lol.

When it comes to the food, it was somewhat difficult deciding what my final thoughts were. We ordered calamari, flat bread, meatballs, and charcuterie board. The flat bread was the best thing there. The tomatoes is what really gives it a nice flavor. The charcuterie board of course is just a small selection of cheese, deli meat, and fruit. The calamari was not that great. The squid was a thin cut and overwhelmed by the crust. Additionally, the meatballs were quite bland by not being seasoned enough.

On to the entrees. My sister ordered their tortellini pasta with scallops which was really great. The pesto tasted quite nice and stuck to the pasta really well. I ordered their lasagna with bolognese. The bolognese has a umami taste which would pair well with red wines. The lasagna was coated in a lot of cheese which I loved. Can never have too much cheese. I regret not having any dessert as my impression might have changed a little more.

Looking at the pricing and quality of our food, I can say that I've had better for less. I would consider returning here only if I wanted to impress a girl“

“We came to the shopping center to try a Soup and Salad joint but apparently it’s a fad right now with a ridiculous wait so we pivoted and took a look to see what else was in the parking lot. We decided on Cara Mia. All I can say is “wow!” The food here is fantastic. Warm ambiance. Friendly staff. Delicious food. The Fried Calamari is fried just right, a generous appetizer portion lightly breaded that doesn’t skimp on the actual calamari. We had angel hair pasta and the meat lasagna and both were fantastic! And the prices are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the size of the portions. We have a new Italian place on our list.“

“The food taste bland, needs seasoning. The pomodoro tastes metallic, like it was made with cheap canned tomatoes. And for those high prices, not acceptable. The back patio was infested with flies, we couldn't eat trying to swat them off our dishes. “Annissa was an amazing server! It is such a small world, I ran into a while back when she was a party host at Mainevent for my son's friend's party. She was amazing then and even amazing now. She brought our drinks and bread under 3 mins to our table, gave wonderful drink recomendaciones. I forgot what the tea was called but it came with an orange slice, it was so good. She was on top of refills for our drinks, breads and soups. I will definitely request to sit in her section for next time!“

“After moving 10 yrs ago and not realizing there was a Pepz Pizza located about 20 minutes away, it made my day. I will drive the distance because I gots to have my BBQ chicken pizza!!! It's my favorite! The ratio of ingredients in every bite and the crust baked to perfection ahhhh....no words to describe. Pepz has great pizza and I also dig the antipasta salad. Everyone should try this place, it definitely won't disappoint.“
