“Smaller than expected but I enjoyed the food! I got the: Chicken Karaaga Bowl. The chicken was jucy on the inside and extra crispy on the outside. I liked how they added ginger to it and really complements the dish. They also have Soy Sauce and Gyoza Sauce on the tables to add if needed. Really enjoyed the meal and I had the large size. Is also very wallet friendly.“

“As one of the 1.5 billion people in the world who can't eat pork, the world of real ramen has been closed to me. This paitan ramen had perfect noodles and a rich chicken broth. They have the choice between traditional pork slices or slices of the most tender chicken breast. You place orders on a ticket so each person orders exactly as they want. I recommend the spicy chicken paitan.“

“I found this ramen place, and there are so many kinds to choose from. The ramen tastes excellent and is fun. I recommend trying rose buldak ramen and adding corn, cheese, and onion. It was amazing! The staff was so friendly. I will definitely come back and try other ramen too!! 🍜😋💯“

“I've had this a few times here, perfect for late flights when everything is closed. Hell I like it better than the other restaurants in this terminal. They hid it in the corner near gate 401 as of Jan 2023, but that won't stop me. You have to get resourceful with the utensils though since they removed the little tray of them it had nearby.“

“I just tried this place for the 1st time with my daughter and it was delicious. They had this Pina Colada drink that I loved!! I had the salmon bowl and it was delicious as well as the crispy chicken!!

“Excellent service and food! Our family are regulars there and we joined them for lunch and had a delicious meal. Shout out to Abel and the entire lunch crew. You all were wonderful especially with our large group (including babies). The ramen, various sushi rolls, tempera, asparagus appetizer, miso soups and rice were all excellent and full of flavor! Highly recommend! Excited to go back. Oh and would love to see a vegetarian broth option for the ramen if ever possible! That would be an awesome addition. Thanks again!“

“Me and my son went for dinner!! It was our 1st time, we absolutely loved it!!! My husband and I always walk by, but had never been. The next time, I'm taking him inside to eat, he would love it!!
I had the Spicy Miso Soup and my son had the vegetable Miso soup and we had the Kanage chicken, Japanese style fried chicken and the pot stickers. Everything was very good!! Can't wait to go back! Our server, He was great and very friendly.“

“It couldve been because I was early, dining in and the broth didn't develop a bitter after taste from over cooking, but it's been awhile since I've had good ramen. The champion ramen had a good mixture of wet and dry flavors. Chashu + seaweed had a subtle fish dry taste vibe which is new. Noodles were chewy and not clumpy mouth feel. Broth and ground pork were rich but not overly. Overall taste + texture was superb and especially warming during the winter. Also the waiter Rick is such a homeboy and service is amazing.

Last time I liked having ramen was when I was running around in an orange jumper. Hope the guys and gals stay in business.“

“Hands down one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had locally. The fish was incredibly fresh and clearly high quality, and the pricing felt like excellent value for what you’re getting.

We had the toro, A5 wagyu, shima aji, the Oyishi roll, and the BG salmon roll—every single bite was outstanding. You can really tell the care and skill that goes into the food.

On top of that, the chef was personable, welcoming, and genuinely nice, which made the whole experience even better. This is officially my new favorite sushi spot and has earned a permanent place in my go-to rotation. Highly recommend.“

“Wow this place surprised me so much, I went on my birthday it was a Thursday mid day and it was lonely. Not sure if that’s good or not but as we walked in, we were greeted and welcomed to a nice beautiful atmosphere.

Open concept, nice design. We were serviced beautifully everything was clean and squeaky clean floors.

Menu was okay to read, but we were able to order a few yummy rolls.

Super salmon roll
California roll
Vegas roll

Wow the my favorite was the Vegas roll the combo with the crispy outer layer and the fresh fish on top with avocado with sauce oof it was delicious a must order option!
Everything was delicious and what made the difference was freshness.

I would definitely come here again or order out, but it seems a lot of people order out. Dining in was a great experience and more need to come and experience everything as well at least when they can.

Parking was a bit difficult, one level and easy wheelchair access.

“This place is fairly close to the airport which was great! We got to enjoy a wonderful dish of ramen before flying out. The employees were kind and very helpful. We were greeted with a smile and was gave a concise summary of the menu. We both order the spicy chicken ramen and a sample of all the gyozas. We would recommend ordering both dishes!“

“Recently this place has become my hidden gem. I am absolutely obsessed with this little restaurant nestled in downtown La Verne. The food is absolutely fantastic, and the owners are criminally under charging for their generous portions and delicious food. However, I think im most impressed about how much the owners care for their customers. My sister and I went to get coffee from nambah, and we came back to wait for our food. The owner saw that we had our drinks and without even asking, included coffee biscuits/cookies in our bag to enjoy with our beverages. My sister and I were absolutely baffled at the generosity because this is the type of treatment you’d see in places abroad. But we felt totally welcomed, cared after, and most importantly viewed as people rather than customers. I have been going here once or twice a week for the past 2 months and they haven’t failed me once.“

“First time at this Yoshiharu, we use to go to Whittier but we recently moved to this city closer to our home. The food is amazing!! Super flavorful. The employees are great but there is one guy in particular who really made our food experience amazing. He greets the guest. His name is Chef Raymond (Chef Riot). Love how he runs the kitchen smoothly and how he cooks with passion. He actually asked us if we are enjoying the food & that made us feel super welcomed. Love it!! Thank You Yoshiharu. “Allen is the man. This place is like eating at home but like they make sushi and stuff. Food speaks for itself and is legit. Best sushi place for miles. Small intimate place easily becomes your go to spot to eat. Very friendly and just like a barbershop open to conversations that end up taking over the place with laughs. Get to know the chefs and they'll become family and take care of you like no other. If I could give more stars I would. I never really write reviews but this place deserves recognition from staff alone. Love the food too. Them rolls man ? . Let's go! God bless.“
