“We went because we saw they had Loco Moco (my absolutely, without question, most loved Hawaiian dish). Once you walk in, you know this is going to be good. We both got the Loco Moco bowl and it was perfect for us but we may try the Loco Moco plate when it's the house special on Friday. I asked another couple about their Chicken Katzu and they said it was great. The wonderful young lady that took our order was very helpful and cheery (harder to find in any food establishment now a days) We got our Hawaiian Shaved Ice to go. Mmm! Glad we found them. The dine in area is clean and far better than most quick service restaurants. Thanks!“

“l've always treated this place as a quick in and out for spam musubi (when I've needed a fast meal) and I never took the time to actually see what else was on this places menu until now
Venturing out, by looks alone you can see they pack it up pretty well. Few scoops of rice, your Mac salad, and self serve sauce (if you're a sauce lover it's perfect).
There are those times where you see a picture and you just know the food was good, this was absolutely one of those times. The meats were warm and tender, no rubbery texture or hard to pull. The sauce put the cherry on top, and for the price I was blown away. It has since been added as part of my regular going out list, and I'm mad I didn't try anything else sooner.
The lady at the counter is so sweet and she works extremely hard, there's decent amount of seating inside but tables in the courtyard if it's a nice day out. You won't be disappointed with this Hawaiian bbq joint!“

“I went to grad school at U. of Hawaii, Manoa and when I moved to So. Cal., I couldn't help noticing the lack of local Hawaiian fooderies. Ono Hawaiian and L&L Hawaiian seemed to be the only game in town, and they served a purpose satisfying my craving. There used to be a Family run place in Loma Linda some years ago, but they disappeared. Gradually, I stopped looking for authentic Hawaiian family places and also stopped eating at Hawaiian restaurants. Now I know Aloha K(ona) exists and the world seems right again. I went with a friend who had the Spam Loco Moco, and I had the Ohana Kalua Pork. I adore, nay, worship kalua pork. Aloha K did not disappoint. Smoky slightly salty kalua pig, 2 scoops rice and a unctuous macaroni side. Nothing more comforting than that unless it was my friend's spam Loco with two over easy fried eggs on top of a slab (literally a SLAB) of Spam on cabbage with 2 scoops rice and the same glorious macaroni. To top off, we both ordered a Spam musubi appetizer - two nori-wrapped bricks of rice topped with, again, virtual SLABS of Spam. This is comfort food at its finest, and the price, compared to Ono and L&L, beats it all. I won't tell you how much because you need to visit Aloha K yourself to find out. Next visit, Chicken katsu.“

“Gus's BBQ was a great experience from beginning to end. The food was flavorful, satisfying, and had the quality you hope for from a good barbecue restaurant. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Portions were generous and everything came out well prepared. Definitely a great option in Claremont if you're in the mood for barbecue and comfort food.“

“I called at 8:20 PM to ask what time they closed and whether they still had the ube beignet. They said yes. Keep in mind, I was about 2.5 miles away, but I got lost on the way. Anyway, I finally arrived at 8:40 PM, and they still made beignet for me. I was so happy! They close at 9 PM.“

“I was craving an old fashioned char broiled burger and my sweetheart used the internet search for best local burger. One of the options was Fire150. After looking online we visited it in Norco. BIG SMILE! Located in a business strip mall on Hamner Avenue, parking was easy. Just walking in smelled “char broil”. The staff was welcoming and they graciously explained the available fare. I selected a “smokehouse” burger, and my sweetheart decided on the chicken tenders. The dining area was cozy and the wait wasn’t long. The burger came with fries, and she got coleslaw. EXACTLY the char broiled burger I was craving! I’ll be back often.😃“

“We came here on a Monday around 2pm. There was no wait and a few tables were taken. The service was good, both our server and the runners were friendly. The selection during lunch was good as well, not too much and not too little. My kids enjoyed this Wagyu Factory in Rancho.
My only issue is that the bathroom was that the bathroom wasn't as clean. And when you have young children it makes things difficult.“

“This place doesn’t take reservations, and the line is always long! I waited almost two hours on a Saturday evening for a party of four. It was VERY loud inside - turns out they had an entertainer named Adam who would sing Chinese and English songs. You could pay $20 for a song request.
You order everything on the tablet. There is a call button on each table to get service. The skewers are good but tiny portions. What’s really good here is the chicken wing! I also really like their malatang and golden soup. The meat in the soups is fatty though.
Credit card accepted. Plenty of parking. Bathroom in the back.“

“An absolute carnivore paradise!
The quality of the Wagyu beef here is outstanding. Every cut was incredibly tender, juicy, and literally melted in my mouth. The marbling on the beef was beautiful. If you love high-quality meat, this place is heaven. Highly recommended!“

“Kangnam Korean BBQ's location may not be that ideal, but the food they serve here is definitely worth your drive all the way here, especially when you finish your 18 holes at Diamond Bar.
Ordered their combo of spicy cold noodles and LA short ribs, noodles is good with the authentic Korean taste, same as the LA ribs, meat were well marinated and grilled with good portion.
Have to mention a little bit about their appetizers, the kimchi here is definitely a good one comparing to other places.“

“Went to Moon Grill “just to grab food” and somehow left emotionally attached to the grilled chicken 😭🔥 Everything was crazy flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The portions? HUGE. Like “I’ll save some for later” huge… except it was too good to stop eating.
The staff was super cool, the vibe was relaxed, and the food came out fast enough to save me from turning into a full-time hangry person. Every bite tasted like somebody in the kitchen actually cares about seasoning — which these days feels rare 😂
If you want delicious food, good prices, and a meal that will have you thinking about it at 2am later that night, Moon Grill is the move. Definitely coming back with extra napkins and zero self-control next time.“

“New favorite place to get my grub on. Could not get enough of the brisket, which was genuinely, the best brisket I've ever had. The sauce was immaculate, the corn bread looks and tastes amazing, excellent menu replete with everything from ribs to hot links, potato salad (my personal favorite), summer salad, you name it. Will be going back again. And again.“
“What an incredible evening. I highly recommend Frank's BBQ & Catering. I hosted a small dinner party at my home and Frank & his team served on sight grilling our steaks to perfection. Frank communicated with me to help with the details, was accommodating to my guests food preferences, and had a smile on his face all night. I will book my next event with him without hesitation. Thank you to Frank & his team for making my event so memorable.“
“Picked up a truck load frozen chicken from here.park on street and check in at office. Have to back in from street unto the docks nice and slowly. It's a quite street so shouldn't b a problem. Newbies might struggle a little bit. Best bet is to wait untill both the docks are empty since they load fast. All the best drivers 👍👍“

“My service organization regularly came to Silver Spoons' predecessor, so when we found out that Silver Spoons was open, we made the restaurant our next meeting location so we can try it out!
I usually order my go-to to test out a Thai restaurant, so I ordered the pork pad see ew ($14.95) and mild golden curry with chicken ($14.95). I would've ordered a fried rice, but the mild papaya salad ($13.95) caught my attention instead. Note that the dishes come with your choice of chicken, pork, or tofu included in the price, but if you want beef, it'll be an extra dollar, and for shrimp, an extra $2. What was surprising was that the curry doesn't come with white rice. You'd have to fork out an extra $2.50 for that. I thought everything tasted great, though both the papaya salad and pad see ew was a little heavy on the sauce.
My friend ordered mango sticky rice ($12.99) for dessert and I was surprised and happy they had that available (I went to another Thai restaurant during Christmas time and while they had the mango sticky rice on the menu, they said it was not in season so they weren't selling any). I took a few bites of it and enjoyed it -- not too sweet and not too heavy! Don't forget to check-in on Yelp for a free Thai tea.
Service was pretty good! There's plenty of space inside for small and large groups. Plentiful parking too in the parking lot.“
“I recently visited The Corner Butcher Shop in La Verne for the first time, and I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and first-time buyer friendly. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and happy to answer any questions about their selection.
Speaking of selection—the quality of their meats is top-notch. They offer a fantastic variety of premium cuts, all fresh and expertly prepared. I was also impressed by their wide range of seasonings and specialty items, making it easy to grab everything I need for a great meal in one stop.
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be making it my go-to butcher shop from now on. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality meats and excellent service!“

“The best fried chicken I’ve ever had, but I’m not convinced when you order a whole chicken that you really get a whole chicken because my wife and I cannot eat a whole chicken from anywhere else but we can eat the whole chicken from BBQ chicken… puzzling. I don’t really understand it.“

“This is a Mongolian hot griddle and prepared Chinese American fare. You choose the meats and vegetables and noodles at the cold bar for cooking on the hot griddle. You can also choose the prepared hot food at the hot bar which is mainly your staple Chinese American dishes such as beef with broccoli and General Tai Chicken etc. it’s a decent meal at a nice price of $8 per lb. They have seating inside and outside. Parking is a bit crowded during peak due to Trade Joes being next door.“

“First walking in you notice the great atmosphere. Clean looking bar. I was greeting within a minute of sitting down. Bartenders were great. Especially the one with bird tattoos on her neck. The food, sliders and tacos, were good. Chicken slider was nice and tender. The restroom (male). Very clean and did not smell. Minus the lack of soap, but had an additional wash station. The patrons at this location had a great vibe and this establishment is dog friendly. This is probably one of the best breweries I've been to in a long time.“

“Had the garlic noodles with added BBQ chicken and their Thursday BBQ chicken plate special. The garlic noodles were pretty good and the BBQ chicken is genuinely some of the best tasting Hawaiian BBQ chicken I've ever had but the portions are pretty small for what they cost.
