“Comfortable and pleasant dining area, courteous staff. Pizza is delicious! It has a tasty crust, fresh ingredients.They do not offer pizza by the slice, so I ordered the Rolling Hills as a 12” thinking I would eat some there and take the rest home. I ended up eating the whole pie, it was great!“

“I have to give 5 big stars here! True Italian food here from the atmosphere to the food is wonderful. The food is fresh & hot and pasta's al dente. Servers speak Italian to big family here. Their so amazing and excellent from seating to bring out the house made bread hot to making sure everything is perfect on your meal. We've come here more than a few times and we have had excellent service every time The food is excellent it bring us back to Italy. We have made this favorite spot. And it close to home and we don't have pay for parking like downtown This family Resturant has been here since a long time here and they made it thru the pandemic A good friend told us about Italianissimo and glad she did too! “I have purchased pizzas from this restaurant for years & never had a bad experience. Have treated friends & business associates & everyone loved it. Friend even had it at his credit union meeting along with wings & salad. Owner is a hard worker & always amiable. A place does not have to be fancy to have good food & an enjoyable atmosphere.“
“This is our GO TO place. Unfortunately, it's also that for all of Chula Vista. Sometimes, the wait is over 1.5 hours. The staff is always friendly and can accommodate my accessibility requirements.There really aren't a lot of handicap spots (maybe 5 out front and 2 on the sides). It seems there are more all in order spots out front. They have a lot of parking around the sides that could b utilized for pick-up orders instead of right in the front. Handicap parking is always full. Management aught to reconsider this.Wheelchair accessibility: I've already explained my issue with handicap parking. The way the dining is set up makes it hard to easily move around. I use my standing walker, and I can usually navigate, but it gets in the way of our seating. We manage tho and the staff are really good about it. I rarely see a manager walking thru, but in their defense, I usually see one manning the take-out area. All in all, we like the place and continue to go back. The bathrooms are always clean and maintained.“

“This is a hidden gem in Otay Ranch!! We have wanted to try this place since it opened but never got to it until the other night. Boy did we miss out! The food is phenomenal.
