Starbucks in Chula Vista

“Maybe one of the nicest Starbucks in the San Diego area as it is a “Starbucks with a view”. And very nice and friendly staff, just the right way to start the day.P.S.: Not related to this place but in general the food at Starbucks does have a lot of opportunities to improve.“

“This is the best Starbucks I've ever walked into! As soon as I entered their store I was greeted very kindly, and they were very polite and have amazing customer service. I didn't get any names but it was 2 guys working and they did amazing! The cashier was super friendly and helpful and the barista made my drink the best way I could ever have it! If anyone tried any funny business with this Starbucks or tries to start beef I will throw down for yall trust

“Always a pleasant smile and a big hello every time I go and I go 3 times a week. TC she is an outstanding person with great customer service skills. The shop is a better place when she is there. Unlike a few that have a bad attitude. TC no matter what is doing her best for the Starbucks customers. She comes into the lobby and asks is there anything she can get additional to complete there time with Starbucks. An A+++++ employee .“

“Busy during rush hours, but if you order ahead using the SB app, your items will be ready with no hassle. Preordered items are placed on an inaccessible table, safe from grabbers during the rush. Just mention your name and that you're picking up your SB order. A minor inconvenience—the restroom is often closed with a ‘cleaning in progress’ sign.“

“I always order a decaf caramel frappe. Every Starbucks makes it differently. This location is our family favorite. They make all 3 of our drinks the absolute best. And even though they’re always super busy here, they do their best to smile and offer equally pleasant customer service.“

“The establishment is on a corner and is very clean and quiet.

The staff are super sweet, welcoming and attentive. When I arrived, it was empty, and it didn't take them long to prepare my drink. There are tables inside and outside.

The bathroom requires a code, which they kindly provide.“

“My daughter works at this Starbucks. She says she loves working here because her coworkers are professional and take it serious. They have fun and work as team. The Redwood City Starbucks used to be a Starbucks Reserve so it looks spacious and elegant. Starbucks is Starbucks and my daughter says every drink should taste the same no matter which one.“

“I was out that way for work and stopped at this Starbucks around 5am 2 mornings in a row. There were different employees working each day. Every single one of them were very friendly. There was one employee that was training the first day I went and he was great! I've been to a lot of Starbucks, and this was hands down the most friendly welcoming one I have been to.“

Though it could make do with better parking space and the drive-thru line setup that somehow conflicts with the only way in and out, this Starbucks has been good so far; again, in the mornings it’s amazing.“

“This store is located a bit out of the way, but coming here always makes me feel good. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the coffee is honestly amazing. I think what makes the coffee taste even better is the warm, welcoming attitude of the people who work here. I usually place a mobile order and never have to wait in line. The store itself is quite small, with limited seating, but the overall experience more than makes up for it.“

“The guys behind the counter don't pay much attention to you when taking your order, they make mistakes frequently, the toilet is always dirty, the toilet in the place is not very clean, the place is very visited, I don't think they care if it's dirty , they are interested in the meeting point, very well located“

“I only been to this location twice but both times was greeted before the door closed behind me. The gentleman that was at the register helped me find the drink I wanted and Itzy I believe that’s her name she makes the drinks really good and makes sure she adds a little something to make it 10x better. What an awesome crew at this store.

“I stopped at tgis Starbuck to work on some documents, grab a bite, and enjoy coffee. I must say, the service was quick, and the baristas crafted my C Macchi with Mocha upside-down in a whim! However, when I left, I accidentally forgot very important documents, which I thought I had forever lost. Nevertheless, this establishment didn't disappoint with their stellar customer service and had my documents saved until I was able to pick them up after a few days!! Thank you soo much to the staff and manager that made sure the documents weren't misplaced!!“
