“There were six of us and we ordered a variety of dishes: chicken fried rice, honey walnut shrimp, chicken teriyaki, won ton soup, orange chicken, and vegetable chow mein. Egg rolls were a treat on the house. Everything was really good except for the doiyng sauce for the egg rolls.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options.“
“I recently visited Star Wok in Claremont, CA, and ordered their three-item combo featuring orange chicken, beef with broccoli, and teriyaki chicken. The portions were generous, and every dish was fresh and bursting with flavor. Definitely a satisfying meal that hit the spot. I’ll surely be coming back for more!“
“I have been to Mr.You Express so many times ever since i was recomended to eat there by a friend and boy were they right ! The food is always served fresh , it is delicious and they also give a very decent amount of food for the price so yes i will keep going there whenever i am craving some very tasty chinese food.“
“This is like Chipotle for Chinese Food.Food 5/5My go to: Beef Bone Soup, Extra Spicy. So good. You pick whatever you want to go into your soup. Basically like your own hotpot and they charge by weight.Get their skewers too, it's good:Beef SkewersLamb SkewersSausage Skewers“
“Went to pick up my order I had placed in the Ontario location and although I have been here many times before the customer service in the front where you pick up your orders, is not so very nice. There just blah. Rude or rushed. They don't care. But tonight I went there to pick up my orders and spoke to Alyssa who was the best. She had excellent customer service and was very attentive and actually talked to everyone and carried a nice conversation with me. That's what I like to see. Excellent customer service Alyssa!“
“The first time I come to this place and words fall short with all the good things I would say about the food, service and atmosphere, the people who serve are super friendly and helpful, the food is not to mention very delicious and they do serve a lot of food with Two people would eat one dish, as I said before, it's the first time I've been to the place and I loved it and I want to come back again, I recommend it.“
“The food was amazing and the service was perfect. Served food super fast and the owner was cracking hilarious jokes. I recommend getting the fried pork it tasted amazing. The place was super clean and well organized. I definitely recommend coming here and bringing all your friends. Perfect place to bond especially with the lazy suzan.“
“Most of the time I've ordered it's pretty empty. And I don't see why people don't eat here. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. Maybe next time I'll eat in to see why most people do take out.“
“I would highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice. One day I went with my classmates and they gave us all extra portions and an extra dish as well, all on the house. They were so nice, patient, and accommodating.I would go again, not only that the food was amazing, especially the eggplant.“
“I have been here multiple times. The food is outstanding! I love the bao buns and orange chicken. The Jasmine milk tea was delicious (I got mine with soy milk). This is a vegan haven. ☺️?❤️Vegetarian options: Menu is all vegan! ?❤️?“
“I had the Peking Duck Combo Meal twice, both times takeout and they were very good and tasty. The location was previously a Korean fast food and that’s why you see reviews of Korean food mixed in here. Google should really fix this problem.Back to the Duck Palace. The duck was well seasoned and delicious. The meat was carved out with both skin and meat so it is not just skin only. This is just another style of eating Peking Duck, not more or less “authentic “ as I had both styles in China, in Beijing no less. The combo meal comes with a Duck soup, first time it was real good, the second time I think the cook tipped the whole bottle of pepper in it ?. The carcass of the duck, mainly the neck and leg bones, were deep fried and they are surprisingly tasty, excellent when washed down with a cold beer.“
“What a discovery!!!The “Beef roll cake” (Niurou Juan bing)! was amazing, the dough was super thin and yet flaky crunchy. The beef tasty and plentiful with fresh coriander.I’ve eaten this in Taiwan, China and (too) many Chinese restaurants around the world and commend the chefs for an exceptional experience. We also had Xiao Lom Bao, the very fine soup dumplings which were equally tasty and had a very fine skin dough. This was definitely the hidden gem I had been looking for with my wife who is part of the Chinese diaspora. It’s a simple eatery without much fanfare but for those who have a discerning taste for this type of food, a must visit. The Diamond Bar (east of Los Angeles where I-57 and CA-60 cross) neighborhood as is Chino Hills etc. is home to many families, originally from Taiwan and later people from the People’s republic of China. This eatery is owned and operated by a chef from Heihe, Heilongjiang province, located on the Chinese northern border with Russia across Blagoveshchensk. They also do take-out and one can buy various dumplings to make at home.A word of thanks to my niece who discovered this gem.Parking: It’s easy parking right in front of the restaurant.“
“Nice Chinese cuisineVegetarian options: About 20% vegetarian menuDietary restrictions: OptionalParking: Spaces are the first come first park, in typical busy hours, you will need to navigate a littleKid-friendliness: Open to kids with nice live jazz musicWheelchair accessibility: Yeah“
“Queenie is the best! Came from the Bay Area heading to LA and gave this place a try. The shrimp roll is yum pho flavor vibes, and the lobster roll delicious! Also had the cucumber salad was amazing, including the sauce! Queenie was so sweet and made sure to check about my allergies! Overall, everything was great! Service to the food to the atmosphere! Will stop by next trip.Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options.“
“I was coming back yesterday, from a long day out.I was hungry and stumbled upon this gem.Food was excellent. And the owners treated me the best..Amazingly fresh food made to order..I have no reason to be nice about this place, other than to just state the facts about this restaurant, the true fact.!AMAZING!!!!!Thank you for a great and delicious experience..See you soon“
“Been coming to this place since moving to Chino eight years ago. The offering is the typical Chinese fast food except that this is so incredibly fresh and delicious as it is prepared when ordered. Definitely recommend it, specially for a Friday movie night at home with the family.“
“I packed some fast food yesterday. The food here is very delicious and the boss lady is very enthusiastic. I wish you a prosperous business! I stocked up on fast food yesterday. The food here is very delicious and the proprietress is very enthusiastic. I wish you a prosperous business, I hope to come here every “
“Really lovely place to grab a quick dinner when you're craving authentic Chinese food. I've been missing dumplings lately but most places don't include veggie or pescatarian options. Love Mr. Dumpling for the extensive menu and healthy taste.Highly recommend the eggplant dish, which comes with an aromatic sweet and sour sauce. The chongqing chicken is delicious as well. Not unbearably spicy, though with plenty of mala flavor, and the chicken cubes are big enough that they aren't dry inside. The dumplings are of course delicious as well. I tried the fish ones and they're a mild fish, indistinguishable from tofu. I was pleasantly surprised that the pan fried dumplings are not at all greasy.Service is great-- very attentive! I came without a reservation and was seated immediately. Food is prepared quickly. Restaurant interior is clean and attractive too.Overall, looking forward to coming back soon!“
“Been going to China Point since the early 90s, started with coworkers as group then family we all loved it! Gets busy but the power Judy does her best. I compare on to LA China Town food where I grew up going to Cathedral High school. The food is fresh and hot and resonablly priced.“
“Delivery only.I've ordered delivery a few times throughout the past years and their food is always fresh and delicious! You would not have thought it was take out because it comes nice and warm. The taste is oh so good! Overall great food and quick delivery. Shout out to the cooks! The food is always right! I can only say good things about your food, always!“
“Harmony Tea is a great find, and it's about much more than tea. They have an extensive Poke menu and other 'foodie' favorites. The Poke portions are generous and fresh. Also, the staff are courteous and professional. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.“
“First time here and so glad we stopped to try it!We arrived about a half hour before they closed but they never made us feel like we had to hurry. Even after they closed, the staff sat down and ate, which was nice because they still didn’t say we had to leave. The food was quick to come out and it was delicious! The prices are very reasonable. You get large enough portions to share. We will definitely be back to try their other dishes!Vegetarian options: They have options. You can get anything without meatKid-friendliness: Great place to bring kidsParking: There is plenty of parking in the complex.Wheelchair accessibility: No worries on this!“
“This intimate sushi restaurant punches far above its diminutive weight. Despite having seating for less than a dozen and being staffed by a sole server, the quality of food and service left an enduring impression. Rolls married creative textures and ingredients in pleasing harmony. While the dining area barely fit my small party, the solitary attendant's endless charm and hospitality turned our cozy meal into a memorable evening. For sushi lovers yearning creative rolls, melt-in-your-mouth sashimi and attentive service, all artfully presented, this tiny restaurant offers an experience certain to delight.“
“This is the 2nd Location so the Best Location is in Chino.. We moved to SG so San Dimas is closer but it was a bit of a disappointment.. The wontons were small, burnt nd had almost no filling.. Chino's are big, hot soft nd crunchy at the same time.. The portions given are good but Chino's gives you leftovers lol.. The Orange Chicken is always a Must!! Luv this restaurant..Vegetarian options: Mix Vegetables, Fried or White Rice not sure what else..Dietary restrictions: You are your own personal so only you know what you're limited to nd how much of it..Parking: It's a large shopping center lot..Kid-friendliness: I believe they have small portion sizes for kids sorry never really paid attention but they do give you plates so you can share..Wheelchair accessibility: I'm sure there is a ramp..“
“Best Chinese food I've had and large portions! Had the three entre combo C. I got BBQ pork, spicy orange chicken, and Kung pao chicken. Every item was on point! BBQ nice and moist and melted like butter when eating it. The spicy orange chicken had nice an crunchy outside and was not spicy. The Kung pao chicken was spicy and had a unique flavor compared to most Kung paos I've tried. Servings are insane too; the portions leak out the sides of the tray when you get served.I'm also a fan of drinks and refills and this is one of the few places from my experience that has unlimited refills.“
“A very quiet place located in a non-descriptive strip mall. You will miss if it you are not paying attention.Run by a family, its lot a limited menu focused on Taiwanese bento boxes. For $10, you get rice, soup, 2-3 vegetable side dishes, and your choice of 3 main dishes that rotate every day. It's generous and really perfect. The meal tastes home-cooked.This is a great option if you need something that feels like home.Bento box menu is in Cantonese and changes out every 2 weeks. There might be a regular menu, but I can't read Cantonese. The nice folks do speak a limited amount of English and just need to know which of the 3 options you want.Mushroom-bamboo fish was excellent.“
“Cash only. Generous portions, food is tasty, dont be discouraged if it looks like they're about to run out, because they'll make more right away.$9.50 for 2 entrees and rice/chow mein/fried rice.Have tried everything on the menu and there's certainly something for everyone.“
“It's amazing every time I come here. I have been eating it before. Sauerkraut shredded pork noodles and jelly. I had fat sausage rice today. Very tasty too. Rice and vegetables are separated. Clean and tidy. The ingredients are good. It is a safe choice for eating out.“
“Best Chinese food in town. I used to come here when I lived down the street. And I still come here even though I have to drive from ontario. Love their mango slushies and the teriyaki chickens is always a good bet. Just posted a picture of my meal. Please support local businesses. The workers are the owners and they are super nice hard workers. You'll enjoy your food“
“Large portions of delicious entrees, friendly and prompt service, and a beautiful interior keep me and my friends coming back. (Almost always to order the kung pao chicken.)Parking: Shared parking lot that can be sparse sometimes, but there's usually a good amount of spots open.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramps are northwest of, and south of, the door to the restaurant. Doorway is wide enough for wheelchair.“
“We ate here today about 3:30. This is a nice clean restaurant that is in a very large plaza. There is plenty of parking. We always order several entrees and today we ordered the boneless pork, the orange chicken, skewered lamb with onions, and the squid cooked with celery. As an afterthought we ordered the onion pancake. First to come to the table was the celery with squid, and the squid was very tender, the celery set it off nicely. Orange chicken was next, it was tender and flavorful, a very solid dish although not something we would usually order at an authentic Chinese place. The boneless pork was tender and served in a good sauce, For my part, they messed this dish up with some seeds on top. I don't like seeds but that is just me. I picked around the wretched seeds and my wife will finish up the rest. Skewered lamb with onions was delicious, we both really enjoyed it. So that leaves the worst onion pancake I have ever had, it was about one forth inch thick and crispy like a cracker. Overall this was a very good meal, we enjoyed the food here and good service by a very pleasant staff. If we could half stars, this would be a 4 1/2 star review. Everything was good but the pancake, and hell, it is just a pancake at the end of the day. I would recommend, and would return if in the area.“
“Mr. You Chinese food isn't just a restaurant; it's an institution, a culinary haven that has woven itself into the very fabric of Ontario. From my high school days to the present, this legendary spot has been my go-to for mouthwatering meals fit for royalty! Their dedication to ensuring every customer leaves feeling satisfied is unparalleled. The customer service? Impeccable, always exceeding expectations. This location is the OG, the original masterpiece that others can only hope to replicate. Let's rally behind this culinary gem and show it the support it truly deserves!“
“I really love Wanda Super Buffett! The food is clean and delicious. It's very friendly and has a casual ambiance. I was just there and there were families with their children enjoying themselves. There is a variety of foods and soups. Also someone who will cook your food to order. The prices are fantastic and you get more than enough food for the price. I will be eating there again this week. God willing.“
“Choose both. You can make your Mongolian style plate and while that's cooking grab another plate and add some additional items from the Chinese food self serve buffet. You walk in and decide if you'll be having Mongolian or Chinese. Them put on a glove on the hand that you'll be using to serve your food. Then serve yourself whatever your heart desires and as much. If you went with the Mongolian once you are done serving your bowl you take it to the grill and watch the magic happen. I'm extra so I like to grab a wing or two, fried shrimp and or an egg roll. They are mostly breading, but they do the job. Once done Walt to the cashier and pay. We love this place because you get to serve yourself and it's super casual. Perfect for a weekday night when you aren't in a mood to cook.“
“If you're looking for a truly authentic Taiwanese dining experience, family-owned restaurant is the place to go. Serving up signature items like beef soup noodles and Taiwanese bento boxes, this Chino Hills eatery is a must-try for anyone wanting an unforgettable culinary experience. The beef soup noodle dish comes with two or three large chunks of juicy, tender beef and a choice between thin noodles or flat noodles. The mild spiciness of the broth pairs perfectly with the roman lettuces, giving it an unexpected yet delightful flavor.Another popular item on the menu is their braised pork rice or pork chop rice - a savory blend of sweet and salty flavors that will leave your mouth watering. Be sure to get there early though as they close at 3pm sharp with last call at 2:30pm!“
“We were apprehensive about trying this place because of the C rating but the food was actually very good. We took it to go and when we got home, everything was delicious. Maybe just a bit on the high side price wise, but delicious nonetheless.“
“Ordered the number one with thin egg noodles and the number eight with thick egg noodles. Both were very good! My fiancé really enjoyed the number one and said it tasted authentic. I thought the number eight broth was too salty but the barbecue pork was good and the lettuce fresh. The interior is very nice and clean. It looks almost new.“
“I am Mexican and I really liked the food at this Restaurant, I have come twice and I enjoy the food and the atmosphere seems spacious and modern to me. And the young Marcus, who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. I will surely return. Thank you.“
“Good option for takeout. Subpar for inside dining. Small mom/pop operation. Can be excessively oily, just ask for "little oil". Food is good and generous portions. Orange chicken very good so is Kung Pao chicken. Sweet and sour pork totally different than usual. Pork pieces are boned in super thick, rich, sweet, dark red sauce... Scrumptious!! Have also tried their hot and sour soup, which is also very good. Would definitely recommend for an evening takeout dinner.“
“We have been going here for a few weekends, but at a dissent time,, so last night around 830pm ,, we stopped by me thinking food was not going to be good because they will be closing soon...let me say this the best food around town ..10 out of 10 ..service was great, young Mexican boy ..and he packed our plate .“
“My husband took our kids here a couple of months ago and have been asking to go back. So when we went today, I wasn’t expecting much. But let me tell you something… best orange chicken we have ever had!!! The batter was crunchy and the chicken was juicy! Would totally go back for that and a few others entrees.“
“People buying here have to take into account ALL the people here work hard and sometimes long hours at probably minimum wage.very friendly staff and when the foods good, its GOOD..like most other food places in pomona.instead of complaining, you ' d be surprised how a few bux in tips can change morale.please treat the service people with respect and kindness .... instead of being negative and cheap (no tips) .walk a mile in someone else's shoes before you pass judgment .. .these are VERY human and humble people doing their best under stressful conditions. The cheap Mexicans are the worst in attitude and guidance ... I know I am Mexican myself and see how customers treat The people here are cruel and bad sometimes .. I have two noses and come in occasionally.“
“This place is wonderful! The food is delicious and the portions are very large. If you miss the "cheap but amazing Chinese place down the street l" vibes THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! My partner and I got the item combos with tangerine chicken, kung pow, broccoli beef, chow mein, and fried rice. All of it was 10/10. Be aware that the food is spicy, which was no problem for me but if you're sensitive to spice I wouldn't get the Kung Pow. It packs a wallop! Loved it!!!“
“Swung by for the first time tonight, a few hours before closing, and poor guy working the front seemed overwhelmed. It was pretty busy and took a while before we got everything we ordered but was worth the wait. The food was great and will definitely be going back or ordering take-out. String beans with chicken were very tasty.“
“[FOOD] First time here. The food actually was surprisingly decent. I got the following: - ha gow - siu mai - rice beef roll - spare ribs I got too many things to list but it all tasted exactly as it should for some random place in Diamond Bar. [SERVICE] I got service immediately despite a packed restaurant. The meat ball was taking a while and I was given a free item of my choice for waiting. Awesome! [PLACE] The restaurant is small compared to a lot of other dim sums I've been to. I don't think they have the traditional aunties pushing the dim sum carts because of how small the place is. You order and they bring it to you. [VERDICT] This is a solid dim sum spot for Diamond Bar. I would definitely visit again if I was in the area.“
“Ordered BBQ pork fried rice and it was delicious. I also got an order of Mixed Vegetables that included carrots, cauliflower and snow peas in some clear white sauce which was surprisingly good. The price was very reasonable for the amount of food given. I will definitely be coming back.“
“I had to get something quick because I didn’t eat all day. This place is pretty decent, out of all the Asian restaurants I have eaten, this is probably nothing to write home about. It’s still good. Don’t give me wrong, but it’s not something I would say, hey, let’s go get tasty goodie , it will for sure fill you up and do the job. The service is always good though. Employees are always nice and the place is always clean. If you want the sesame chicken, you have to tell them and they will make it to order. Foodie instagram @jwardhooper22Parking: It’s in the shopping center so parking is open to everyone. Only a few spots in the front of the restaurant.“
“This small eatery has been around for a while with new proprietor every few years The current proprietors are friendly and welcoming. Today, we had the 3-cup chicken, which was made up with one cup of chicken, one cup of cooking wine and one cup of garlics. Overall, it was delicious but just a bit too sweet. The other dish we had was the stewed pork over rice and it was decent. This place’s top choice is the traditional beef noodles where you can order all beef meat or 1/2 beef meat and 1/2 tendons. I’ve tried the 1/2 beef meat and 1/2 tendons before and it was pretty good. The menu offered a lot of typical lunch dishes that are popular in Taiwan and you should be able to find something new to try.Vegetarian options: Some options were available, but I won’t come here just to ear vegetarian dishes.Parking: There is a big lot here.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, barely. This is a tiny strip mall eatery.“
“So comforting! We have been eating here at the Combo House for many years with them gone through couple ownership changes. Always have lunch here after grocery shopping here at Hannam Korean Supermarket. It's convenient for us, food always made fresh and hot here. Owners cater mostly to older customers, working people in the areas, obvious busy moms and dads. These are typical homemade comfort food your grandma, auntie, mom would make at home for you. You will definitely love and appreciate. The food are on the neutral flavored side. So you won't feel thirsty like hell after eating here. We love their comforting service here as well. The owners are husband and wife team, hand make, cook and serve their food directly from the stoves to your table. Just like eating at home in your mom's kitchen on the floor. Korean Style!!“
“The most calm, tasty, and accommodating cafe in the Claremont village. I have spent countless hours studying at Norema and every single tea is fresh and well-balanced. My favorite teas are the lychee tea, matcha milk tea, angel’s kiss and devil’s kiss teas. If you’re a student, I highly recommend stopping by for a new study spot. Get the gyoza and rice bowls also for a fresh, yummy lunch. I love the owners, they are so welcoming and kind. I can’t recommend visiting enough for a midday break or new relaxing study spot!“
