“We ordered the new breakfast burrito and I tell You what. I’m a breakfast burrito snob and this is by far the best burrito I’ve ever had. It’s huge, cheesy, meaty, and amazing! The jalapeño cheese skirt on top of burrito seals the deal!“

“What can I say!? I prefer Peet's over Starbucks any day,; I love their coffee! So this piece was in Raley's supermarket in Auburn. the older lady who helped me was a delight! Great sense of humor and very accommodating to help out. I only use stevia,, usually, when it's available and she gave me some out of her own personal stash! Oh, actually I was supposed to keep it a secret so don't tell her I told you 🎧“

“I have been visiting the Combie Starbuck's location nearly daily the last 9 years and have seen great employees come and go. Recently I broke my back and was laid up in the hospital over 25 miles away, and constantly craved my iced coffee, until a week into my stay when in walked Nate Coffman with 2 iced coffees. Nate has always been happy go lucky Starbuck's employee who would come by our coffee table in the morning providing refills and laughter. I was so stunned and so happy to see him!!!
It was such an enormous gesture of kindness and customer commitment I have ever seen with any business, and I would love to see company's reward their employees who go way above and beyond like this...
In this face paced world, it seems really customer service is a thing of the past, but Nate took it to a whole new level and I am so thankful!!!!

“Update: I was willing to give it another try. This time I was not disappointed. It started while the drink was being Blended. They picked up the cup and showed it some love with some Caramel 😍😍😍 I felt my mood change from a pick me up to excited delight. Knowing I had a great treat to look forward to the dopamine boost was primed and waiting for that first sweet, warm and cold sip. Very very pleased with this time. Will include old review to show that there was an issue and you can see the difference 🥰

Original: After waiting 20 minutes + for my Caramel Frappuccino I was given what I could only describe as a basic Frappuccino. They quickly took care of a drink order just before mine and made mine and then one person wondered off leaving one to deal with the counter while my drink just needed the Carmel and the lid. And as you could see no Caramel. After waiting as long I did I just wanted to leave.“
