“I have been here since they have existed, usually when I am in the area or when I am craving for a refreshing drink. Most of the times there are lines out the door and I do not mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I am glad they opened a location here since there are not much boba shops within the area. The staffs here are well trained, welcoming and understanding where I never encountered an issue during any of my visits. Their menu consists of traditional milk teas, fruit teas, lattes, specialty drinks and much more. Everything is made to order which is always a plus for me. You can order either from the counter or at any of their self serve kiosks. The shop is compact and it is best to wait outside after placing your order. I highly recommend this place to all boba enthusiasts, anyone in need of a refresher or if you are looking to try something new. I definitely will be back to tryout the other refreshing options they have to offer.“

“BEST PLACE I VISITED IN SF. I tried two smoothies, acai and dragon punch smoothies. Honestly didn’t like the acai, but I LOVED the dragon punch!!! Quick and easy, I added extra berries. Workers were nice and they had seating indoors and outdoors. Wish I could have tried everything. I hope to be back in SF, specifically for this place.“

“Acai bowls are really tasty, although kind of expensive. That's SF for you! The ingredients seem high quality and the portions are generous so it's worth it as a treat. It would be nice if they have a couple small tables instead of no seating, but we typically take our bowls to duboce park.The guy who almost always seems to be working there is friendly, which I appreciate.

Vegetarian options: It's all smoothies and juices so unless there are any super surprises it should all be vegetarian and probably mostly vegan

The interiors are thoughtfully designed, striking a perfect balance between modern aesthetics and cozy comfort. The cozy seating arrangements (kids table!), tasteful decor, and greenery create an inviting atmosphere!

We had original cane juice, watermelon and calamari - Every sip was a burst of natural sweetness, perfectly balanced with a hint of tanginess. The menu offers a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes. They also offer customizable options, allowing you to tailor your drink to your liking.

Last, but not the least - the owner is genuine, sweet and extremely committed and hard working. He's a one man army so don't be surprised if you don't see anyone when you enter. They have a self serve kiosk up at the entrance so you won't be inconvenienced at all.

“Love this place!! Randomly chose this place (good gôogle reviews and in the neighborhood) to meet a friend for a hot drink. Was a little noshy, Got tempted by the menu and ordered the breakfast burrito, friend ordered avocado toast. Food was super delicious and garnished nicely. Made friends w the enthusiastic and gregarious staff. Enjoyed everything about this place! all the small touches, the awesome art on the wall and the welcoming comfy atmosphere made it a great first impression. “I came in here after getting poke in the same plaza. I wanted something to drink and a smoothie sounded right up my alley. I met the owner and he was incredibly nice and even gave me a cheesecake to try. I ended up getting the strawberry mango smoothie they used real strawberry and it was delicious.“

When we came in there was an amazing aroma from the fresh baked goods and the owner was so sweet and warm ❤️. I got a bowl and being someone that tries to avoid added sugar and processed foods, I was well accommodated. There was also scripture cards on one of the tables that I absolutely loved! “The first time this happened, I assumed it might have been a mistake and didn’t mind.
However, after ordering an unsweetened matcha latte again and still finding it noticeably sweet, I felt frustrated.
I was told the sweetness came from the milk, but the level of sweetness didn’t seem consistent with milk alone.
My concern is less about taste and more about transparency—there’s no clear indication that “unsweetened” may still contain sugar.
If you’re sensitive to sugar or monitoring intake, I’d strongly recommend confirming the ingredients of the matcha powder before ordering.“

Incredibly good food, everything's made fresh and they are so fast. I can really recommend the special sandwiches or wraps for a healthy and tasty lunch. Or a toasted bagel if ur rushing to class. “After seeing Ivonnie S.' popcorn chicken photos, I needed to come to Foam Tea House. Their popcorn chicken bento box w/milk tea $16 was indeed good. I liked how there's basil in the popcorn chicken and came with a little thing of spicy Taiwanese powder. The egg rolls were the Costco type, not that there's anything wrong with that. For Taiwanese bentos, I would have preferred a traditional pickled egg or vegetables instead. Food came out quick. Good job Foam Tea House staff member and thank you Ivonnie for always posting useful content.

Background: This location used to be a bakery for a long time. Rolling Out Bakery used to have some good croissants, egg tarts and kouign amanns. The nerd card store Versus Games is still here. The card shop was packed full of people playing card games like Pokemon or Magic taking up all the parking.“

“Stopped by for a brown sugar boba milk and got the deep brown sugar flavor I wanted! Pearls are perfectly chewy and a great size (slightly smaller than many other shops', which I like)! I do wish there was more attention to the interior but perhaps there wasn't enough space in the back for all the stock/boxes. There's enough seating for two, but thankfully there's the neighboring park for groups with more people! Love that they have food in their selection and I think the eggette skewers are such a great idea! Hope to be back soon to try other drink items.“
