Starbucks in Concord

“Thank you for being open late (until 9pm), got a slow start to my own little b-day celebration with my kid, had a terrific rich and sweet hot drink, hot jalapeño chicken pocket and warm brownie, from the 2 nice women who work there, and got to sit and spend enough time enjoying everything, and then go home. I know its not easy or busy to be open late, but for night people like my Scorpio family it works. The trouble is $18 for 3 things that makes it a special trip instead of a regular one. However the workers made it better, and this location was very well kept. So thanks for hosting my late day birthday desert and snack with my kid. Appreciated“

“Its a good place to eat and hang around. The food and drink is AMAZING but services...that not much. The staff are kinda rude, once a staff member got my drink wrong and when I ask if she could remake it, she rolled her eyes at me and said sure...when it was HER fault...like sorry you can't make a drink right. Like she here acting like I was the one who made the order wrong but ok. And this ain't the first and I know damn well it won't be the last. But overall the place is chill and cozy to hang around.“

“I've always had great service here. I grab my coffee at this location near work because it has better customer service than the one by my house. They are never rude here, I don't expect handstands when I come in but they at least respond when you speak to them unlike other locations where they clearly ignore you. Also, when they can they'll greet you when you walk in which I really appreciate.“

“I was visiting from out of town and used to live in this area. Always a great experience in this location. The employees are always so nice. And service is always great. Although parking is limited, but its never an issue to park around the plaza and walk across the way. Miss this place“

“They kinda took to long compared to other Starbucks . They had a different system of taking a bunch of orders and then getting them served faster than mine

Kid-friendliness: I order drink in decaf or something that doesn't contain a bunch of sugar for my kid. They have kids hot coco and cake pops also“

“Staff are fantastic, they made my drink & food perfectly, and were super helpful. I also greatly appreciate the doors being disability friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: The one door in & out has a ramp that's not too steep, and the doors are assist-open (if you push a little bit, they open the rest of the way)“

“By far thee best Starbucks.. and I’ve visited a few all over the country and in a few other countries. Every encounter I’ve had with staff has been absolutely amazing and full of smiles/laughter. Their customer service is unmatched. Getting my morning coffee has become one of the highlights of my day.“
