Found so many books I wanted to buy that were not the usual books on the shelf in larger bookstores. The employee working was super friendly and helpful! Coffees with its top almond milk variant, it's a change from the usual American coffees. Delicious coconut pastry. “Acai” bowl very good but I would have appreciated it being noted that it was a “smoothie sorbet”, not translated into English. Not ideal for the morning. The fruit salads served to the neighbor were tempting.Brazilian cuisine to try. Refined and tastefully decorated.“

“One65 was an amazing discovery on our trip to San Francisco. Having spent the first half of our life in Montréal, Québec, Canada where it was hard to find a bad restaurant, we were absolutely amazed by this Bistro which looks more like a high end dining experience. The menu online & the photos attracted us to this location but we were amazed by the well timed service, the crisp white tablecloths, the table setting and the pleasant and calm atmosphere. My choices of charcuterie platter was perfectly sized; the chicken & the pork rillettes where a wonderful surprise. My husband had an onion tart with the crust as perfect as they get & which I envied. He loved his halibut, moist and tender and I raved over my grilled half lobster, so tender that I found myself munching on the shell parts as well. My bread pudding was not of overwhelming size & perfectly flavored. Don chose the Affogato (scoop of vanilla gelato « drowned » with a shot of hot espresso). We wanted to go back today but they are closed on Sundays.?“

“It’s not the best coffee in North Beach, but it’s hands down the best atmosphere for chilling or working. Iced coffee could be larger for the price tbh. The matcha isn’t good but their black drip coffee gets me buzzing.Also I wish they stayed open till 5 so I could finish out my day here!“

“A cute neighborhood favorite! The women working are always so sweet and welcoming. I try to go once a week to get a late breakfast. The bacon egg & cheese on Asiago is my go to, my boyfriend likes the lox bagel. The Thai iced tea is also a great add on.“

“Belly is pretty lean with not much fat in terms of extras to entice. But what they serve, they do well. It has a young start up vibe with good precious offerings, a limited interesting menu for a bakery that also does lunch. It’s pretty much outdoor seating only sans the shade and expect a line. We are told by the counter staff it takes eight minutes to heat the savory mushroom pie or corn pastry with an egg inside. Everything was tasty.Personally I prefer muffins containing an egg to be soft boiled rather than hard, such as the morning muffin at Post Script on Jackson street which can’t compare to anything else. It was a fun place to try and I brought a couple of cookies home to try. The matcha latte was excellent, sweetened with brown sugar. I like that they use good ingredients on their spare cuisine. I do think they might expand the menu a tad.“

Located just a little ways from fisherman's wharf it's a quick walk to get here. Ambiance and service: We were greeted by David the owner and his son Darren and chose to sit inside. They've got some seating inside and some outside for when the weather is nice. Everything is nice and clean and you can see into the kitchen so you know the food is made fresh to order. Our order was taken quickly and food came out quickly! Food: Their menu ranges from classic American breakfast, Chinese and Vietnamese food, and sandwiches. I ordered pho and a Vietnamese coffee and my dad ordered french toast with eggs and bacon. I've had a lot of pho in different parts of the US so I'm picky about my pho and this is hands down one of the most flavorful pho broths I've ever had. Good size portion with all the regular pho fixings. My dad always orders one of two things: french toast or chicken fried steak and according to him, both are delicious but I had the pleasure of of trying the french toast this time. It was cooked to perfection and not overdone in the batter or flavors. Overall, I'm glad I got to eat here. From the service, to the food, I enjoyed every bit of it. “This place could be hard to find but what you need to know that it's located inside an office building. You walk in and it's pretty tiny but you can tell that there's something special about this place. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich to my liking and I thoroughly enjoyed my custom sandwich. It was prepared well and was very tasty. The only criticism I would have is that the amount protein in the sandwich could have been much more. But despite that, I finished the whole sandwich and was fully satisfied. Definitely felt more like a homemade sandwich, which I enjoyed.“

“I came to b. on the go for the first time for a late lunch. You order at the counter and there are a couple of tables inside for seating. I got the porchetta sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the cauliflower banh mi and a side salad. The food came out pretty quickly but it wasn't too busy inside. The porchetta sandwich came with thinly sliced pieces of porchetta, chicharrónes, arugula, and a pesto sauce on ciabatta bread. The porchetta was seasoned well, and the generous portion of delicious and fatty slices of pork was definitely the star of the sandwich. The small, crushed up pieces of chicharrónes added a great textural contrast to the fatty and tender pork. The bread was also fresh and had a great chew without being too hard. Overall, I was happy with my sandwich and I felt like the cost was reasonable. My boyfriend wasn't really a fan of the cauliflower banh mi, he felt that it needed more sauce since the cauliflower was pretty bland. I'd come back here in a pinch and I'd definitely try other items on the menu.“

It is a TO GO place but there is one little table with two chairs. The couple are so amazing, welcoming, and caring!!! The food is delish and ready to go in just seconds! My daughter got the half teriyaki chicken and we got two orders of gyoza. The total was $12!!!! Then because they are so sweet they gave me a small sample of their beef curry. “It was my first try trying chai at a specialty place (I'm going to assume Starbucks chai latte doesn't count). The staff were super nice and happy to navigate me through the menu. I tried the tiger spice chai and it was delicious - very complex flavors and not too spicy. “My boyfriend and I have been wanting to try to Chagaccino coffee, and this morning we came for that and a quick breakfast. We were greeted in a friendly manner, and we ordered the breakfast sandwich and the "All Aboard" avocado toast. When I realized I wanted to change my drink order after paying, it was not a problem. They call your name to grab your coffee like any coffee shop, but will deliver your food to the table. You do have to bus your own tables at the end. The coffee was fantastic, but that All Aboard avocado toast was something out of a dream with the most perfectly poached egg on top. They also give you a lemon wedge, which I highly recommend on any avocado toast. This was our first visit, but I will definitely be making this location a staple.“

We started with a flight of three caviars paired with three champagnes. They ranged from delicious to amazing. We then moved on to our small plates entree where our favorite dishes were a savory caviar bread pudding (not dense nor heavy) and an order of caviar deviled eggs. Would highly recommend both! “This is a good lunch spot for FiDi. Sandwiches are $12.50-$14. Salads are $10-$11. Prices on their website are outdated. My sandwich , the LLB special $12.50 was roast beef, turkey, ham, swiss, provolone on dutch crunch, was alright. The New England Clam Chowder $8.50 was chunky and not filled all the way up. That tasted OK as well. Friendly service for a counter style restaurant. Kitchen was fast taking account they were busy. I was pretty full afterwards.“

The one ingredient that is important to Latin Cuisine which I wish they would make available are fresh lemon slices as their food has salt, lots of spices but no lemon available - ever. Authentic cornmeal tacos and basic rice & beans as a menu staple 'side' option would also be a good addition to their menu as their menu focuses on Mexican food, minus some foundational necessities like lemon, corn tacos and several other ingredients.When I visit this cafe, I always have to bring lemon slices from home.They often run out of ingredients early in the morning - so if you want breakfast, better to get there a couple hours before 11am.Wonderful gem in the Presidio & prices are great compared to the over-priced, insane prices at the new 'El Parco' and 'Colibri' restaurants.“

Although their menu is fairly simple and typical to what you'd normally see in a cafe, I always come here for their Vietnamese coffee and sandwiches which are my number one recommendations here.
