“I had the pleasure of hiring Delanya's for a private event on July 12, 2025. They have the best Brisket in Orange County. I do not say this lightly as I have had some of the best BBQ in the country. I am a Master Pastry Chef and work for the Food Network, word of mouth is what keeps great small businesses thriving and although I almost never leave reviews this is definitely a must!“

I spent 5 years researching and slowly deciding who and when to get my pit and after a lengthy process I’m more then thrilled to have my 120 Gallon Harper Pit! It’s a no brainer they are often imitated but never duplicated with their ingenuity and craftsmanship is second to none.“

“I wish I could give this six stars!! This place was amazing, the food the vibe and the service was the best I've seen in a long time. Marvin was the chef and made the best turkey I have ever had, it was juicy and tender and smokey, and all the other meats were the same. Christian greeted us as we were walking in and made us feel so welcomed and checked in all night making conversation that made the experience even better. We got the meat platter and it was a great price for such good smoked bbq. We finished with some amazing banana pudding for desert. I am definitely coming back here soon!!“

“Last minute reservation for my birthday and it was perfect. Been wanting g to try this place and finally got a chance to. From the beginning to the end of the whole dinner our server was great and the rest of staff. The food was delicious and our kids loved it. We got the premium Omakase with a few of their top plate to try. Will definitely be coming back to try a few more different plates and different seating area.“

“Wow!! I just wish we lived closer so we could come more often. This place was amazing to eat at during vacation. Me and my husband shared the brisket and tri tip. Both were phenomenal but we liked the tri tip a little more. The sides were delicious as well!! We tried the Brussels sprouts, Mac and cheese, and creamy corn YUM!!! Our waiter was so friendly and great and letting us know what was more popular and she really helped us enjoy our food. We will have to visit again and eat here!!“
