“This BK is almost never busy and wait time from order to serve is almost always under 5 mins.Customer Service is always good, and for the most part there dinning room is always clean.Food has at times not been as freash as one would like. A few times I have gotten chicken nuggets and or fries severed to me that were noticeably old and a bit dried out. Most of the time though, it is made freash.4/5“

“Ordered a bbq chx pizza good thing I checked it before I left apparently when it was going to the oven it got some bubbles and there was four pieces that didn't have any toppings on them because the bubbles were so big and all the toppings went off. I figured either they would offer me a discount or offer to make me another Pizza they didn't either and the guy just handed me my change. But I'm not going out like that, I asked to have another pizza made and they did this one looked much better anyway. The taste on the pizza was very bland. We also ordered boneless chicken garlic parmesan and barbecue and all they did was drizzle the sauce over the top and it was minimal at that also tasted very bland. Too many pizza places around to serve bad stuff and have bad service and we will not be going back.“

Only one irritation occurred last week (this only happened once) : we were enjoying our usual No. 2 order, when a young lady about 24 or 25 accompanied by a slightly older woman, both well dressed, came to our table and wanted us to buy their lunch. We refused, they returned to their table fronting Lakeville, and subsequently hit up another diner, who succumbed and bought their food. Blessings to him for his generosity, but we didn't appreciate being panhandled as we sat enjoying our lunch. hope it doesn't happen again or In&Out will have lost two paying regular customers.“

“The machines you self order at inside the lobby, took my order and my card payment but did NOT give the full order to the workers. It only passed on the frostie but did NOT include the hamburger. Needless to say it took a good minute for me to call up my bank account and prove I had paid. Never again. They should toss those machines out the window. While I was there I overheard another customer having similar problems .“

“This Boba was so good it made me cry. I get boba here from time to time, and it’s always good, but today I went there and it was amazing! I never caught the girl’s name who gave it to me, but I really hope she knows who she is. I got some rose milk tea on my way home after finding out campus was closed for a holiday and it was amazing. I have never had boba this good in my life. It made my day, I cannot praise how amazing this was. It literally made me cry in my car after I had the first sip because it was so good.“

“First time dining in at McDonald's in forever but this location was very clean and inviting. The only thing missing was the connection with their staff. We ordered at the kiosk and had our food given to us at our table. Other than that short interaction, we never saw the staff. There were several other families also dining in and there was still plenty of seating. Bathrooms were clean, only missing a baby changing station.“

“Yesterday my family went to Mods for lunch. We love Mods because we all get what we want on our pizzas plus they have corn as a topping. So good. My daughter asked Raley our pizza maker if she could arrange the pepperoni in a smiley face. Raley kindly obliged. We appreciate her kindness our daughter is special needs and talks slowly. She was very patient as our daughter chose what she wanted on her pizza. She also gave her a Mods sticker to write her name on and post on the counter there. Which our daughter thought was so cool. Her customer service was above and beyond.“

“I was literally at the opening party for this restaurant approximately 37 years ago. I've experienced every manager to come through here. I'm not big on reviews. I should be because I'm also in customer service.
However, something happened a couple weeks ago, that I just feel I have to express my feelings on the management here.
The manager, Irwin, Ivan?? I'm bad with names. He's been here a decade or two. He is so accommodating. Lets face it, I'm picky and needy. He always takes a few seconds to lean out the DT window and ask me how my day is going. What can I say?? I eat that up. He's always at the restaurant. I hope this restaurant knows what it has. I'm not familiar with the other employees, but I do know that my food is always hot, fresh and delicious. When I've been inside it's always clean. I always check the restrooms first when I eat somewhere, restrooms can tell a lot about a place... They're always clean stocked.

“The drive thru staff is always super friendly and helpful, even late at night! Normally going to get fast food late at night at other places means unusually poor service or messed up orders but Carls Jr. has good fresh food and nice employees, even when everything else has already closed :)“

“I went into the store to customize my order before I placed it using the KFC app because it won’t do that. I talked with really friendly employee and asked him if I could customize my order before placing with the app and he was fantastic in helping me out. After I placed the order I noticed that the address had defaulted to a previous KFC store I had ordered from 400+ miles away. The employee talked with his manager and they replicated the order for me at their store with no additional charges. What can I say except it was truly amazing and very much appreciated. “I've never been so I was skeptical at first. Very clean plane when you walk in the door. The ordering on the touchscreen is kind of a pain. Wasn't sure if you could just order at the counter. Made it through the 5 minute process with 3 people to order.
Then the food came out. Better burger than In-N-Out burger. Which is saying a lot as we see how popular that place is. People waiting for an hr for a burger. The fries were just ok. Not a big fan of crinkle cut fries.
We went on a Saturday around 5:30 no line and was eating within 10 minutes.
