“10/10 most authentic Mexican food I’ve had in Pico Robertson in the last 9 years of living here. Food is fresh, well cooked and well seasoned, ordering is easy, food comes quick, portions are large, chips and salsa bar while you wait. Atmosphere is what you would expect from a hole in the wall authentic Mexican joint, music playing, round tables with comfy patio furniture, heaters, etc. a bit tucked away upstairs in a shopping mall makes it that much more of a find, will for sure be back or possibly order catering for my next event! “This is a great little place, it's been open for a long time. I been eating here since I was a kid, my dad used to bring me and my brothers. The carnitas tacos are great, except they change the cheddar cheese to the white cheese. Tacos taste good but not like they used to taste. There is limited parking, the restaurant is very clean.“

“I had a great experience at the Baja Fresh in Culver City with my daughter. We ordered a Baja Burrito and a quesadilla, and both were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what we were craving. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained, which immediately made the visit more enjoyable.

What really stood out was the excellent customer service — the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being rushed. It was a simple visit, but everything was done right, and that makes a big difference.

“The menu usually rotates and have things for special occasions such as lent. However, they have items that are always on the menu such as tacos, burritos (lunch and breakfast). The item that is the favorite on the menu are the Gorditas, filled with the protein of your choice. My favorite is the Gordita de asada con queso. The salsa they have is a bit on the spicy side for some people but I don't think it's hot.“

“Yum! So to break it down, the breakfast burritos are pricey ($16.50 for one) BUT at least it tasted really good. The burrito was good quality and I enjoyed all the ingredients. It’s really large & I was unable to finish one on my own. The sauces & salsas were delicious as well.“

“These guys have the BEST breakfast chorizo burrito. It’s so good, and healthy. Their coffee is great too, I typically have only gotten their iced lattes and chai lattes. The place is cute too with tabletop chess boards to play if you dine in, which I’ve also done a couple times. I frequent here a lot, mostly takeout but enjoy dining in when I have time too. This place is so unassumingly amazing.“

“Ordered Uber Eats from this restaurant last night after the Lady Gaga concert. The crispy birrias tacos and quesotacos were muy sabrosos.

I wound up switching meals with my gluten-free travel partner because she thought mine looked better. And we could tell it was a corn tortilla. When I ordered the food again today and asked for the crispy tacos to be gluten free, they called me back and told me those tacos have some flour on them (added during the tortilla frying process).

We are now fascinated because my GF companion had NO stomach issues after eating three of those tacos.

We will be dining in house today to ask questions about where they get their flour from. Will update this review if we solve the mystery! 🕵️“

I can’t say enough how incredibly delicious this restaurant was. I called my friend, Dan R (Legendary, Venice, Photographer, and the world ) for a recommendation on some delicious Mexican food. He laughed and said Tacomiando (why he was laughing just delivered him food from the restaurant… he said this is definitely the best in the area and he was not mistaken. This food from the cleanliness of the restaurant to how nice and helpful the staff was I always judge a restaurant on their chips. As well, I can honestly say these chips were incredible along with everything I’ve tried. I almost forgot to mention they’re incredible salsa bar. Hope you can see in the photo, but it was quite extensive. ✨🤩😍
