“First tacos in LA and these didn't disappoint! Al pastor tacos were really delicious and served with great showmanship. Great selection of self serve toppings. Tacos were 2.50 each. There's a big line but it moves fast and there are a few stools around a long table to eat at. Highly recommend!“
“Amazing food, ambience and service. Our server was super nice and made sure we had a great time! I ordered the chicken fajita - absolutely amazing and super filling for me, as it came with a side of rice and beans! The Mandarin flavored Jarritos was a great accompaniment with the food!“
“This is on the upper end of Taco food trucks, but it’s absolutely worth the price. I had the shrimp tostada and the mahi mahi taco. Both were excellent. I walked away from that truck promising myself I come back again.Really good food and worth a hike, would recommend driving and eating out of your trunk.“
“Wow! Such a wonderful trip back in time. Very friendly service and home made Margaritas made right at your table. The Flour Tortillas are made as ordered and are the very best we've ever had. They are butter, warm, and soft.Delicious Tacos and Enchiladas too.“
“Awesome Westside taco stand with grilled and beer battered fish, shrimp and calamari tacos/burritos/quesadillas/mulitas. They're located in Venice on Lincoln Blvd at Palms Blvd across from the 7-Eleven and Staples. They're open only Friday and Saturday nights, as the chef's main job is grilling those fine burgers at Hinano Cafe. Parking is easy in the lot behind the building where they set up. The seafood items are very good. They're grilled or deep fried to order in front of you. They can put together a nice Ensenada-style fish taco for you, with a good light beer batter. I prefer the grilled shrimp and calamari tacos. The cheesy shrimp burrito is another delicious item. They have pollo and asada for non-seafood proteins, and offer a surf 'n turf burrito if you like. No pastor trompo or cazo of carnitas or suadero here; you're here for the seafood, anyway. Service is excellent, the staff are super friendly. This is my favorite Mexican seafood stand on the Westside.“
“Forgot to take pictures of our food but it was delicious. My son ordered the Huevos Ranchero w/Rice n Beans and I ordered the two carnitas tacos w/Rice n Beans. I've been going to this establishment since I was a young kid with my folks. Now I get to experience it with my own child. Good times..“
“Woweeee!!! All I gotta say is FISH TACOS.A 10/10 must for the fish tacos. Battered and GLUTEN FREE. Which is a big one for me. Hard to find fried and gluten free. One of the best fish tacos I’ve had. I’ve had probably everything on this menu and I recommend the playa chicken bowl and the mushroom jalapeño steak quesadillas. But I’m gonna come back soon for those fish tacos.Chips and salsa, guac, and street corn are all incredible sides too. Try them all! Love this place.Great service and friendly.Strawberry basil lemonade is my personal favorite and a go to as well.“
“Food is amazing! But it wasn't just the food that left a lasting impression. The service at tacos el vali was top-notch. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly efficient. They made sure I had everything I needed and were more than happy to answer any questions I had about the menu. I would highly recommend this place!“
“Canteen style Mexican joint with superb food and drinks. Emphasis on BBQ style cooking - the barbacoa beef is a must. Terrific atmosphere with simple “order at the window” style service. Owner Oscar is a Venice legend. Classic car meet ups take place here weekly so you often get to check out some beautiful rides with your meal. One of those rare places that’s equally suited to a quick lunch bite or late evening meal. Superb. Oh, and try the mother salsa.“
“I'm beyond excited to have the staple back in the neighborhood. Oscar has out done himself yet again bringing together truly authentic Mexican sabor (flavor) with a slight modern twist. I recommend the Asada torta or mamas Baja fish tacos, in all reality you really can't go wrong with anything you order“
“As a local Teddys Red Tacos’s is our favorite taco spot in Southern California! The tacos dipped in the consume hit the spot every-time. The customer service is top notch and especially personable! Notably, the employee Janet always goes above and beyond offering good vibes. She always remembers me by name and is so welcoming. We always bring family and friends here because it’s hard to find a spot that is affordable, consistent, incredibly delicious, and whereeveryone is always so kind. This place offers it all!“
