“This year we chose Black Bear diner for the location of our annual Chrispen Team Pumpkin Pie giveaway, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The manager Isaid was amazing from the start helping me plan the event and order hundreds of pies. The large patio provided a private and cheerful atmosphere and was the perfect spot for the event. Carlos and the rest of the staff were amazingly attentive and handled everything we needed on the day of the event. All of our clients raved about how delicious the pies were and loved the convenient location. We can't wait to come back next year!“

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Jessica, our server for the evening, made us feel right at home. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she ensured that our drinks were always topped up and our orders arrived promptly. What truly impressed me was Jessica’s dedication to ensuring our dining experience was perfect. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, making sure our food was prepared exactly as we wanted it. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for our satisfaction were evident throughout the meal. The management team at Denny’s South Gate deserves special recognition as well. They maintained a well-organized and clean restaurant, and it was evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction. “I go for the wonderfully prepared salmon dinner. Reasonably priced and just enough food without desert to be a perfect Weight Watchers dinner. Great food and great service from Jasmine, too. Easy parking, good seating and a happy place to be when a birthday dinner is in progress. BTW, I was unable to navigate the Google Denny’s Review area. Inscrutable. “Food is great, service is even better, atmosphere is cool too but they don’t run their air conditioning! We have all come to expect a/c when we go into a restaurant, specially on a hot day, but this location goes against the grain on this. There’s nothing quite like sweating all over while trying to eat your lunch. Lesson learned, I won’t come here if it’s a hot day!“
