“Hidden gem. The food is super yummy and generously portioned. The staff is super nice and the atmosphere was really pretty. Super convenient lunch spot if you go to Cypress College. Will definitely come back! Picture is of me eating my order across the street at my college. :)“

“I tried the coffee milk tea 50% sweet, and it was the BEST coffee milk tea I've had. Even at 100% sweet I think it would still be a good amount of sweetness and not too overpowering. It was honestly really good and I would definitely get it a hundred more times.The one thing though is that they are a bit on the pricey side, almost $7 if you get it with a topping. That's definitely the upper limit I've seen, different places range from $4.50 - $7. But it seems worth it here.“

“The first time here, the service was great, better than any other place I've ever been. They were so attentive and always made sure we were doing ok. The food was amazing, tasted so good, fresh, and so much better than going to an IHOP/Dennys/Norms. I don't live around the area, but we will be driving back down in the near future because it was worth it.“

“Excellent customer service! Family member recommended that my husband and I go, and they didn't disappoint. I got the chicken sliders, my husband and I shared chili cheese fries and my husband got a burger. Everything was great, good atmosphere, good food and great service! We will be back soon!“
“Loved this hotel. Staff were courtesy, always helpful and the hotel (both in and outside) were being cleaned nonstop. The only downfall of this stay were the rude guests who were there and the nonstop partying they were having at the pool. My recommendation to the hotel: shift the pool hours from 10-10pm to 9am - 9pm. Quiet hours are supposed to start at 9pm, but when you have a pool open until 10pm, you invited unruly guests to stay there until 10pm. Staff tried to quiet them down, but to no avail. Again, not the fault of the hotel for having rude guests, but there is a solutions to prevent this from happening again. Future guests - do NOT stay at a ground level room next to the pool if are an early go to bed type of have young kids whose bedtime is at 730pm (like mine are). I recommend staying far away from the pool as possible just in case you have the same rude crowd I did during Labor Day weekend. I still give this hotel five stars though!!“

“Food is always good here. The Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll pancakes were incredible. Their homemade sausage is so good with a little bit of spicy. Service is always quick and friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are plenty of tables to roll wheelchair right up to. Take my wheelchair bound mother-in-law here without any issues“

“This is one of the nicest ice cream places I have ever been too. They have an incredible variety.
The ice cream seems expensive, but when you join their VIP members club you get $3 off almost every single time.
It's located in a very quiet neighborhood in cypress, it's easy to park and grab an ice cream.

“Food is better than other Alberto's locations, and is getting to be better than Albertacos as well. Service is good too, the employees are friendly and helpful. I like the super fries burrito, no beans (basically a Cali burrito with guacamole and sourcream), and my kid likes their breakfast burritos.“
