This happened right near the bar and the bar tender who made my the original martini saw this and started making me another and when I went to pay she said no. That is really amazing. And the other bartender was so nice as well. We were there because a friend reserved the back part for a party and it was the perfect space. “Truly a delightful place to stop by for lunch. After a day of sightseeing, I wanted to go locally to have a nice meal without trekking a long ways. The Pantry fit the bill as the ambiance reminded me of one of the restaurants I visited in Southern France.

The staff were friendly and made great recommendations from the menu. I liked that it wan’t a huge restaurant so it had a warm and cozy feeling to it.

“All residents of the Morongo Basin know that our home doesn't have much of a bar scene, which is fine for the granola munching rock climbers, ganja purists, and christian conservatives that prolly make up 90% of the population, but for those of us who love downing beer and belting along with the jukebox, making new best friends whose names you won't remember, or need a place to kill time before returning home up or down the hill, then the Monument Bar might be your home-away-from-groan! I'm always surprised that none of my acquaintances have heard of it, but then again, it IS the kind of place you'd miss even if you were looking for it. if you're headed there from Yucca, when you get to Cactus Mart, keep looking left and DON'T BLINK. When I lived in Morongo Valley I would try to go in at least once a week, because if I've learned one thing in 47 years of gypsy wandering it's that there's nothing like a good locals bar. It's a melting pot to be sure, the place could be full of scary bikers one day, and full of pronoun-defying LGBT's the next, but this, of course, is exactly what makes the place so great, and if you've been going there long enough, you can always take refuge with the regulars.

I could write the next Great American Novel describing the place if I hunch over my keyboard long enough, but I'll try to wrap this up with some "things done right" bullet points:
- daily drink specials
- taco Tuesday, and usually some kind of special on Hallmark Holidays
- outdoor patios (equipped w/ fire pit in the winter)
- a bewildering number of menu items for such a small place, if you're the indecisive type, just get the signature monument burger...and the food is also bewilderingly good for pub fare, and if judged in that context, bump my 3-star rating up to 4.5
- Chad is a great bartender. Treat him well, and he'll return the compliment.

That should do it. I should've made a review years ago, and a recent visit reminded me how remiss I've been, even under new ownership, it was exactly liked i'd hoped it would be...as if a month had gone by and not a year. I <3 this bar!

I didn’t wait more than a minute for someone to come say “hi”, Carlos was the first to help me. Andre was the next to help. Both were super nice and made my day.
Carlos has been bartending for 17 years and it shows. He has great suggestions on the food menu, and made a perfect cocktail exactly the way it should be.

“We stopped by Jalisco’s this morning for brunch and it ended up being such a great experience! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm, friendly smile and told we could sit anywhere. The vibe was welcoming right from the start.
I ordered the cucumber lemonade and OMG — highly recommend! Super refreshing, crisp, and delicious. For food, we got the chilaquiles and the nachos (as pictured), and both were packed with flavor and the perfect amount of spice.
The place stayed busy the whole time we were there — even a local sheriff’s deputy came in, which to me says a LOT. You know they’re picky about where they eat, so that’s when you know the food is good!
If you’re visiting the area or just passing through, Jalisco’s is a must-stop. Friendly service, great food, and an overall awesome vibe. Definitely going back!“

“My knowledge base is one visit on December 23. I found Tryst to be a fun and inviting place. The barter was attentive. It was a mixed (age, gender) and friendly crowd. I am not aware of a food menu and therefore didn’t rate. To me it was a bit more relaxed than the nearby Arenas venues. I’d come back anytime for a drink and chat with friends. Patrons were laughing and having a good time. The “vibe” was good.“

“Absolutely delicious! We went to Bongo Johnny’s for the first time, and we will definitely be going back! The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was so tasty! It is funny but the atmosphere seems very casual, but the food is something you would expect from a fine dining experience. Thankfully the prices were pretty reasonable! And to top it all off, the music was the best! When we were there they were playing 80s music and we just loved it! Bongo Johnny’s is a must if you haven’t been there yet. They require $30 minimum spending for every person at the table, though.
You will not be allowed to sit inside the sports bar area without buying food or drinks.
The food was decent, and prices were fair.

Upon booking, I was led to believe, based on the descriptions and images presented on your website, that your course offered premium facilities and conditions. Regrettably, my experience did not meet these expectations. The condition of both the fairways and greens was notably poor and not reflective of the high standard promoted online. Additionally, the level of noise from constant overhead airplane traffic significantly detracted from the experience, further compounded by an exceedingly slow pace of play throughout the day. I have also noticed a number of overly positive reviews on your website and various social media platforms, which seem inconsistent with my experience and potentially misleading to other customers. This disparity raises concerns regarding the authenticity of those reviews and suggests a possible deceptive practice that I believe warrants further investigation. Given these issues, I feel that the quality of the course and the overall experience did not justify the prepayment of $166 per person. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund of the fees paid. I believe this request is reasonable under the circumstances and aligns with fair trading practices. Please let me know how we can facilitate this refund.
