“The manager of this restaurant, Erika, should be training every manager. It was my birthday, and I was sad. He went to the counter and told Erika about this and asked if she would sing to make his grandma feel special. This is not a normal policy. Well that is exactly she did in the middle of a busy day. They brought me a cake and sang, and I felt very special, and my grandson was oh so proud. My 8yr. old grandson loves when we go inside your nice clean restaurant and have dinner, it is always a special time for us, and we talk. You know there are some qualities you just can't pay a person to have and although Erika runs a very tight ship, she has those qualities above and beyond when it comes to customer service. “Its a fast food restaurant, however, its kept clean, fresh and tidy. When they don't mess up your order, which does happen from time to time. However staff is always friendly. The food is good, what I'd expect from Burger King.“

Whoever made & bagged my order for grub hub 8/18 I hope your pillow is cool on both sides always, your gas tank is full when running late in the A.M. & next time you go to stater bros there isn’t a line at checkout.“

“LOVE this place! I'm not a big fan of Mexican food OR fast food for that matter, but recently had the opportunity to try the steak Chalupa Supreme (and what happened to those street Chalupas? They must have seasonal but they were delish too!) The Chaluoas and those heavenly donut bites.. you cannot go wrong stopping here for breakie. I even downloaded the app and got free food options about my 3rd visit. PLUS, the workers at the window in the morning are always so pleasant here in our Desert Hot Springs restaurant. “The food was fresh and fast and very yummy!!!! I don't like the self service, And some customers are very disrespectful to the employees that work very hard ( I yelled at an older female customer because she was standing at the counter and just threw her trash on the floor. )“

“The service at this location is top of the line. The closing manager on Sunday was awesome. He is very courteous, attentive, and ensures that his workers are also the same. He does it in a great way. Food was also great. Customization was observed (no pickles). Will be back.“
