“The manager of this restaurant, Erika, should be training every manager. It was my birthday, and I was sad. He went to the counter and told Erika about this and asked if she would sing to make his grandma feel special. This is not a normal policy. Well that is exactly she did in the middle of a busy day. They brought me a cake and sang, and I felt very special, and my grandson was oh so proud. My 8yr. old grandson loves when we go inside your nice clean restaurant and have dinner, it is always a special time for us, and we talk. You know there are some qualities you just can't pay a person to have and although Erika runs a very tight ship, she has those qualities above and beyond when it comes to customer service. “Staff always friendly and never have issues with order. The mobile app feature doesn’t work at this location though. Store will not honor deals without app. Too bad :(“

“I have ordered my favorite Double whopper meal and was disappointed by the size of a whopper. First I thought they confused my order as the burger didn’t even look close
to the size the regular double whopper looks, it wasn’t tall either and it didn’t have tomatoes.
I go to different Burger Kings and I know what to expect when I order double whopper.
Believe me, it Was NOT it! Not by size not by look!!! The owner just use that particular size bun was the answer!!!
But then isnt it a chain???? BURGER KING!
So the standards should be the same!“

It’s fast food so it is what it is. Service is always 100% and the sauce hook up is chefs kiss! “Yes, It's cheap but the food is pretty ordinary. The staff were friendly enough and the food arrived quickly but you definitely get what you pay for. The premises could have been cleaner too. There was a grifter with baby stroller trying to clean the desk in exchange for some food. Nice outside seating area. The view was on the drive thru and an uncultivated land.“
