“Always mine and my family's favorite poke place! Although Jimmy's Poke across from the Walmart is a lot closer to us, Mr. Poke is just top notch, may I say the GOAT. Jimmy's doesn't compete with Mr. Poke's freshness, portions, and atmosphere; Jimmy's is way too expensive for just 2 bowls of poke, and has gone downhill ever since they opened. Jimmy's menu was inconsistent and had quite a few stuff out of stock last time I was there in 2025. However, Mr. Poke has really stepped up with newer decor, quality consistency, and even adding on a stamping system for rewards that'll make us loyal customers come back for more.

Although not fully packed, their patrons sure have increased compared to the first time I tried them in 2020, where there was practically no line and only 1 employee. Not a long wait, but it can get a small line even on the weekdays, so it'll depend. But it's always clean and quiet with a few tables and seats. In addition, they added another employee to the line when I visited today 6 years later, demonstrating how they've grown in reputation.

Ultimately, I'm glad to see a small business growing and getting the recognition it deserves, so I highly recommend them to keep it up! 👏“

“A legit Hawaiian food spot, I haven't had a good garlic shrimp plate in CA until now (it reminds me of Giovanni's shrimps). Also, I tried their crunchy Gojujang fried chicken and beef ribs and they were delicious. I would definitely recommend these dishes as a first timer here and wash it down with Dole pineapple slushy.“

“I come here often since it's near my work. I really wanted to post this review so I can show everyone how great my bowl looked. I got a small bowl but the worker packed it so well. Chef's kiss! The service here is fast. Even if they are working on online orders, they make sure to tend to the customers in person first. Everyone is sweet too and they give you extra sauce in the side if you ask.

I've eaten inside a few times too and the ambiance is fine. Definitely recommend if you are so the area“

I called and they asked to come back and my order was ready as soon as I arrived. Most people would not give 5 stars for missing items but the way it was handled shows exceptional service. They do not have a lot of options for Hawaiian BBQ but their sushi rolls and egg rolls are amazing.“

All the dishes are yummy, but my favorites are the beef plate (comes with beef, rice, and Mac salad) and the masubi.

Service was quick. Waited about 10-15 min for fresh food made to order so it's not lying around in food warmers.

I didn't eat here because I usually take my food to go, but the dining area is pretty spacious with lots of seating.“

Along with the flavor, another one of my favorite things about this place is they are not skimpy. I usually get a large and can spread it out over two days because it is so filling. The fish scoops are packed and they hook it up with the toppings and sauces.“

The customer service was great,the price was good and the food was excellent. The ginger dressing was tangy and really good for the salad. I’m very picky about where I get my teriyaki.
My sister had brought me a bowl to try out.

I got the small bowl. Just the teriyaki chicken and rice. They give you a lot of chicken and big pieces too. They also have extra teriyaki sauce and hot sauce. Ohh and they have free fountain drinks between 2-4 pm. My order was to go. Love this spot.“

“I generally eat here a couple times a month. Food is good, bowls are a favorite in our house. And the macaroni salad slaps, I usually order a small side of it, which comes in a small deli sized container. To my surprise yesterday, I was given this (see photo), only a tiny sauce container full. I know shrinkflation is real, but really?!?! I'm hoping the employee made a mistake because paying $4 for 4 bites of macaroni salad is ridiculous.“

“I have recently grown to really like poke and I've been testing out places around the Fullerton-Placentia area. PokeCo and Pokeworks are both really good, but they are decently pricey. This place offers essentially the same options but at 3-4 dollars less, which is a lot for a simple lunch food! The Poke I got was tasty with sizable portions. The young lady that served me (I wish I would've asked for her name, but she had a few tattoos, maybe latina, with honey blonde hair and spoke in a sweet soft voice) was super helpful about picking my options. “We went because we saw they had Loco Moco (my absolutely, without question, most loved Hawaiian dish). Once you walk in, you know this is going to be good. We both got the Loco Moco bowl and it was perfect for us but we may try the Loco Moco plate when it's the house special on Friday. I asked another couple about their Chicken Katzu and they said it was great. The wonderful young lady that took our order was very helpful and cheery (harder to find in any food establishment now a days) We got our Hawaiian Shaved Ice to go. Mmm! Glad we found them. The dine in area is clean and far better than most quick service restaurants. Thanks!“
