“Yi’s Cafe is hands down the most competitive for the value you’re getting. The coffee is great, and their sandwiches are honestly the best value for your buck — better quality than anywhere else nearby at a price that’s hard to beat. Every time I order, the owner throws in a free muffin or two, no charge. Small touch, big difference. Highly recommend.

“This is a small, cozy cafe with only about 6–7 tables, so seating is limited, but there’s plenty of parking in the parking lot, which is always a big plus. Ordering is done through a kiosk, making the process quick and easy. Our food also came out pretty fast.

I ordered:

- Pork Loin Cutlet Curry Udon
- Japanese Omelette Sandwich
- Orange Americano Tonic

The Pork Loin Cutlet Curry Udon was my favorite. The pork cutlet was moist and tender, and the Japanese-style curry was flavorful and comforting. The udon had a really nice texture and was cooked perfectly. Definitely a satisfying combination!

The Japanese Omelette Sandwich was HUGE! I wasn’t expecting it to be that big, and it was definitely enough for a hearty meal or to share.

They also have a great variety of drinks, and you can customize the ice and sweetness level. I tried the Orange Americano Tonic, which was refreshing with a nice citrusy flavor and paired well with the curry.

Overall, I had a great first experience here. The food came out quickly, the portions were generous, price was decent, parking was easy, and everything I tried was enjoyable.

“Happened to accidentally come in during a vtuber event so the place was packed. Despite how busy it was, the maid rushed to the front door to greet us as soon as she saw us. She was very friendly and it almost felt like meeting a friend during their work shift.
We got drinks to go because of how busy it was but we will definitely come back during the week to actually try the food!“

“Plenty of places to sit inside. I don’t think I’ve been there and had to wait more than 5 minutes. The ladies are always nice. The French toast and menudo are worth the visit. They have a couple tvs and coffee comes around often enough or you just ask. They have flavored creamer for your coffee which is a plus. This is a regular when I’m in the area.“

“Absolutely love the coffee here i wish these guys would take place of all the tarbucks locations unlike tarbucks Klatch can make a great cup of joe while working the fire cleanup, we would frequent this location often definitely worth the drive even this past week i completely missed my exit off the 210 had to double back. For the great smile as I walk through the door amazing energy from the staff and leaving with a ham & cheese sandwich and a large iced not so average joe.

“I saw that the Brazilian Lemonade was back on the menu so I decided to stop in for a taste. I placed an online order and it was made just as I ordered right on time. I always order online so I never really get to experience their atmosphere, so I can't really comment. But their service is pretty good.“

“I haven’t been here for a while and had a craving for the Chilaquiles. I knew they added a new Mole salsa so I called to order that to go. I was told they also have a chipotle sauce, so I went with that instead. When I got home, OH MY GOSH!! Those were the best chilaquiles I’ve ever had with the Chipotle sauce. They were so good I’m embarrassed to say I lick the plate clean🥴. And of course the churros were amazing as usual.“

The food so far is great. I've had their wraps, bagel sandwiches, paninis, and burritos. Looking forward to try some of their salads, acai bowls and food bowls along with their smoothies they have to offer. For all you coffee enthusiasts, they got some amazing frappes, ice coffees, and lattes. Mornings seem to be their side of the day.“

They have smoothie bowls and treats to grab on the go. Tried the caramel toffee milk tea, I haven't tried it yet, and I must say I do like it. I love a caramel, and there's just enough in here without it being too sweet. It's mixed well.“

The strawberry waffle 🧇 was always my favorite. 😍 My husband and I went yesterday for breakfast and the strawberry 🍓 waffle were just as good as I remembered! A thin waffle covered in strawberries with a ring of whipped and in the center. The waffle absorbs the strawberries for a delicious taste in every bite. However, to my surprise, the Belgium waffle was huge and has a very good texture with a special dough. And Man, that chicken thigh is something else! I love that chicken was marinated first, then fired (or baked) so it's juicy and not dry at all! “This might have been the best coffee I've had in years and I like a good cup of coffee if you've read any of my other reviews i get very irritated at places that charge a lot of money for bad coffee and this place made the best half calf iced latte that I have ever had plus they bring in French pastry that is really excellent so I thought it was perfect and it's extraordinarily simple bear walls bear concrete floor chairs and tables I mean it is a perfect coffee shop nice music playing the vibe it was retro and I loved it“

Not much parking in the lot as it shares space with other companies in that plaza, but the quality of coffee and bakery items make it definitely worth it. Delicious stuff here indeed.“

“I love coming here and it's very close to my house, reminds me of my grandma baking growing up. They make great tamales as well with lots of meat, very delicious. Their sweet bread are great a big variety to choose from. They open at 5am you won't be sorry if you stopped by and bought some thing to have with your coffee in the morning.“

asked for my scone to be warmed up every time I visited, and it has never been an issue before. This time, however, I was met by a very rude staff member who refused to warm it up. I told him I was happy to wait, so I waited patiently, but were still served a cold scone.

I’ve had many wonderful experiences here in the past, and the coffee is always great. Unfortunately, I really can’t accept this kind of rude service. It was very disappointing and not what I’ve come to expect from this café.“

“This place was great! 👍🏼 it’s a family owned shop where a husband and wife run the shop. They were so patient, kind and helpful. They even opened 10 minutes early for us because we didn’t realize they weren’t open yet. They made 3 bobas in under 5 minutes and they were PERFECT. We got Sour Plum (green) Tea, Kumquat (green) Tea, and Taro Ice Slush. Great sweetness, great boba, great tea. The best part was the price! It was so inexpensive especially in comparison to other shops who would literally charge you double the price. Highly recommend.“

“Fresh Kitchen (Drink ur Greens) is probably the only thing I miss about California. their Juice Cleanse's are delicious, I absolutely LOVED their Root 2 and would always have their lemon water in my fridge. If they could ship to the Mesa area of Arizona I'd definitely become a regular customer again.“
