“You can’t judge by the photos. I was not too impressed by photos, but this restaurant made the LA Times top 101 restaurants list, so there had to be a reason. The boiled rib is almost like Hainan chicken - boiled, but very flavorful. They make the rice in the lamb soup as well so the rice is also very flavorful. The rib meat dipped in the chili oil and finished off with the pickled carrots is a WONDERFUL flavor explosion. Really glad I decided to give the spot a try and not let the photos sway my decision.“

“I’m picky and it was excellent lots of food on your plate. You could even share one meal with two people if there’s a lot that comes with it very hearty meal extremely well seasoned very good. Service prices are good as well. Clean atmosphere really comfortable chairs overall I give five stars all the way around“

“Great service! We ordered a variety of sandwiches (kebabs, falafel, beef shawerma, French fries, etc. Every single one of them was amazing. Portions were very generous, spices were on point, and all of the sandwiches were very tasty. We will definitely be back and take our time enjoying every bite.“

“First off I just want a say I love the customer service. I love how everyone is super friendly. I’ve never been to a Dave’s hot chicken where I was greeted so nicely. Make sure you come to the one in West Covina if you want good customer service, there was this one worker named Isaac very nice. Very helpful. Made my Dave’s hot chicken experience worth the drive.“

“Best Chicken in all of town. Extra Spicy is always a perfect blend of almost too hot and not hot enough. This location always delivers. Shout out to Johnathan. “Abdy was excellent and guided us with some great choices! Dave hot chicken tenders and sliders are awesome and what's amazing also is their kale slaw! We will be back as Abdy was great and food was fresh and tasty. Felt cozy and comfortable.“

“The meal I had here was simply delicious! The chicken was tender , the steak was juicy , the humus savory , everything was great and I learned that all Baklava’s are not created equally . This Baklava is top tier! Definitely recommend and will eat here again.“

“I ordered Combo number one they were decent size sliders came a coleslaw and pickles it was absolutely amazing I got hot Flavor. The fries had a really nice season on ate every single bite I was full and I was happy this is way better than Dave's hot chicken. If you haven't tried it do yourself a favor and go. Did I mention it's a little cheaper than most hot chicken places. The girl is kinda cute too“

“One of my favorite spots for a reliable, delicious meal. I’ve been here many times and everything has always been great. The Stir-Fried Naan & Meat is a must-try, and the Garlic Lover’s Cucumber is fresh and flavorful. I always finish with their yogurt dessert — it’s my go-to after every meal and highly recommended. Friendly staff, clean space, and a nice loyalty rewards program.“

“The lamb swarmma plate was delicious. But the homemade baklava was supurb. It melted in my mouth.
I wish I lived closed than 90 miles from this delightful spot. It's clean & well kept. I'll stop anytime I'm going through the San Gabriel Valley.“
