“Pizza is delicious ? kinda thin with a thick fluffy crust. Service is good they just need someone to stand in the front at all times they get so busy everyone is putting in their fair share so it's understandable that sometimes you might have to wait a min or two to order a refill or something extra but they are always nice and friendly. As for atmosphere I liked it more when it was darker inside but that's just personal taste“
“On a Sunday afternoon in March, my sister wanted to try the Japanese pancakes so came here for lunch. We parked in front on the street. Inside interior looks nice with tables and cute stuff at the counter. The staff seem nice and we got seated right away. The menu was easy to read so I ordered gyudon beef with rice and my sister ordered the original soufflé pancakes. My dish came first and everything was really good. Then the 3 pieces of pancakes arrived and it was fluffy and light after I took a bite. Next time I will try other items. I hope they get more business.“
“I stopped by on my morning walk to try this place out. The friendly server seated us right away and brought out menus and poured us coffee. This is a nice little restaurant where everybody seated appeared to know each other based on the conversations i was hearing. I was impressed with the large amount of choices on the menu. I ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito. After a few minutes, the server returned to tell me she was sorry, but they ran out of large tortillas, so i just ordered a chorizo plate. To my surprise, when she brought out my order, it was a very big chorizo breakfast burrito. The cook improvised and constructed a burrito using small taco sized flour tortillas! It was a work of art! It tasted great and i almost couldnt finish it because of the size. Great service and i will become a regular!“

The gentleman who took my order was kind and quick to assist me. Since there was going to be a wait, he offered me water, and I accepted. I ordered the Chicken Katsu bowl, which is delicious. It has all the ingredients that are mentioned. I am not one for condiments, but the dressing was pretty good. Whomever created this should definitely update and mention that to enjoy the food you'll have to enter a more than likely packed restaurant to enjoy. “The Huntington Library have a few choices for your appetite when visiting. The 1919 Cafe is further in on the grounds. It is a very nice cafeteria with comfortable seating both inside and out. The menu options are varied and since I took the Grandkids here I can attest that it has a little of something for everyone. Service at the counter was helpful and quick. I like that I have the membership because I find that if I'm with the little ones and they are bored at home I can come in to grab something to eat with a reservation into the Library! “Came here for sushi but didn’t expect them to have omakase as well so I tried. The Set B omakase was a 14-course. All the pieces are listed on the menu. The fishes were great quality for this price. “When I came here I was about 10 minutes early and my order was still in the making. I went in and was greeted very friendly by the worker. I then asked the worker if he could pull the pizza out early because I don’t like burn on the crust and bottom of pizza, and he said he would be happy to do that. I then went outside and after a few minutes he came outside and asked me to take a look if the pizza was to my liking. He pulled out the pizza and it was perfectly cooked. No burnt bottom or edges, and the ingredients were fully cooked, the perfect pizza. I told him that looked amazing and I am happy with how it came out. He then packed the pizza and the cheesy bread sticks that I ordered with it, that were made perfectly as the pizza. When I got home to tasting the pizza and bread sticks, I was blown away from the fact that I could actually taste the difference in the ingredients, and that I tasted things like garlic, and other spices with it. Overall I was incredibly satisfied with the customer service, and the food. 100% worth your money. Will 100% come back!“
