“We have stayed here once prior and do love to stay in the cabins as my husband is disabled and can’t get into the trains. We just left there today with a sour taste. We had told the office manager of a hole starting on our deck of the cabin and a board needing repair. She seemed to care but then nothing happened. I went the next day and let them know again and still nothing. I am hoping they fix it before someone falls through. Very unfortunate cause I really do like the place“

“We had such a nice experience at the restaurant! The dining area feels spacious and open, yet cozy, welcoming and comfortable at the same time. “Pipeline was a great place. Cool interior, wonderful menu and awesome friendly, super attentive waitstaff. My elderly parents split a sandwich and our waiter already had it in separate plates when she brought it out. I had Lord of the Rings burger with fries and it was delicious. The food was as good as Brew pubs in Corvallis and mountain resort towns in Colorado. I highly recommend it. Mt Shasta City is a beautiful small resort town“
