“Service was wonderful — warm, friendly, and attentive. The tea selection was unique, and I loved being able to see the teas displayed at the tea bar and watch the servers prepare the sachets. The steeping hourglass was a fun and thoughtful touch. However, despite being advertised as a holiday afternoon tea, there was no real seasonal atmosphere — no décor or themed treats. The experience is held in the lobby, which didn't feel particularly festive or intimate. The food itself felt like it had been sitting out for a while, and the table for two was very small, making it tricky to enjoy the tea service comfortably. With more attention to the holiday theme and a more spacious setup, this could be a lovely experience. The staff truly made the visit enjoyable.“

“We ordered the $5 meal but got the $6 meal without anybody saying anything. Could have and probably should have at least mentioned the price difference. Drive thru attendant took a long time to acknowledge us... then when we were done ordering it was a completely different person.... wasn't sure everybody was on the same page. But at the end if the whole experience we got the right food and it was delish. Thanks McDs!!“
