“The staff here is always friendly and helpful. They always find a way to accommodate a request even if it is last minute. For example they took care of me on Saturday when I needed a cake for my son's birthday party on Sunday without any complaints even though I was the one asking late. At the Santa Cruze Ave location in Menlo Park I was told that all I could so was choose from what was in the display fridge. Props to Carlos at the EPA location who even gave me his personal cell to make sure everything was seamless! And the cake was super yummy as well!!!“

“We literally take every single visitor from out of town, to this place! Our guests can go see the Golden Gate Bridge on their own, they can take in the whole of the city, but the one thing we insist on doing with them, is a visit to "the best ice cream anywhere."“

Their gelato isn’t heavily flavored or give off that icky artificial sweet after taste, so if you’re used to baskin robbins this place is not for you. However, if you are (a) looking for a sweet treat that doesn’t make you feel guilty or crummy afterwards or (b) Asian (“not too sweet” is our ultimate compliment after all) then run don’t walk!! I tried their chestnut flavor and their ube flavor. The ube was just right with a light ube taste, toasted coconut, and a hint of vanilla. The gelato was not a ghastly fake purple color. I’ve never been able to finish a whole cone of ice cream/gelato before because it always ends up overwhelmingly sweet, but the gelato here was just too good! “I saw a worker from another place come back from break holding a churro. I had to ask where, this shop was two doors down. First I ordered the churro and then I saw the fun ice cream varieties. Settled on a refreshing soursop, it had seeds! My friend got a dried fruit and he said that grew on him. There are many other flavors to try next time. Service was nice, there are a couple of tables to sit and eat other snacks that they make as well. PS the churros were OK, crispy and sweet but the middle was not as crispy as fresh out of a fry vat in Mexico.“

“A friend suggested this place to me yesterday so of course I had to pop in to check it out. I walked in and immediately noticed how clean it was. Not only was the owner there, but he was super friendly and told me and my daughter about how he makes the ice cream himself with the help of his wife. I really don't think I've tried creamier ice cream. Was VERY impressed with everything about this place and will be coming back with family and telling friends to go here as well!“

“Among all of us we had the Rose, Kulfi, vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and also the puppy icecream. All the flavors were really nice and you could see real vanilla bean powder, nuts in the different flavors. Pepper did not stop licking till her icecream was done and then was looking for more. The people behind the counter were very friendly and kind to our chaos. We will definitely be going back.“

“We stopped into Allstar Burgers for the first time over the weekend. Thus us an older no frills building, but it seemed to be very well kept up. You order at the counter which the you man who took our order was very tentative and friendly. We sat at our table and the food was brought to us when ready. The Burgers we ordered were quite delicious. In our short time there we could see this was a very popular burger joint and it's easy to see why. The menu is no frills but everything you would expect at any local burger joint. We will be back.“

“She is now located in front of Tere’s Boutique near the Chavez Supermarket by Middlefield Road.I love her raspados so much! I used to get them after church growing up. Her recipes are delicious and traditional. My favorite one is the raspado de Guanábana (soursop). It’s perfectly sweet and the pieces of fruit are delicious. I have also tried and liked her limon, rompope, vainilla, coco, nuez, mango con chile and chicle flavors.I recommend also trying their tostilocos with everything plus extra hot sauce. They are super delicious and a very generous size. Her fruit cups are also really good. The fruit is always perfectly ripe and fresh.Definitely recommend when you’re in Redwood City. All her antojitos are delicious, fresh and never overpriced. Great value, taste and quality.“

“Service was fast and friendly. It was very clean and safe inside. The lime ice cream was yummy, right amount of sweet and tart flavor. My husband loved the Uchepos too but didn’t get pics of either because they ate too fast. I got the fresas con crema and added mango to it and it was sooo good.“

“Wildberry Yogurt in Sharon Heights is the best yogurt spot in the Bay Area! Always lots of flavors and lots of yummy toppings to choose from. The fruit is always quite fresh too. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and gracious, very rare these days!“

“This is my favorite type of Ice cream, the flavors are so different from a regular ice cream shop, and they don’t make me feel sick like other heavy ice creams do.

My daughter loved the lemon gelato, it was just like a frozen lemonade. My personal favorite is the dark chocolate gelato. Nothing out there like it.

I was also so happy with the service today, I came in at around 3:15pm on a Tuesday, I don’t normally come out on weekdays but they were so kind and had such a lovely attitude. Especially the gentleman, he was exactly what I expect when I go to a place with desserts, someone bubbly and happy to be there. I got pomegranate and original (I was asked if I wanted them in a swirl or separate) with mochi toppings. The mochi topping was good quality- soft and squishy, not hardened like some other places. I have come here a few times before over the years and you can expect the quality standards to be the same every time. Dependable good froyo place.
