“Honest Review from someone who eats out every meal. I think this place is extremely clean and well operated. (Although they need to take a moment to wipe the tables where folks just finished eating in the lobby).

The food tastes fresh and is good. I had the fish sandwich today, chicken fingers, and hushpuppies. The sandwich was good, slightly fishy, but good. The chicken is breaded and fried there, so it is fresh, but could be be seasoned better. I also wish the fish was friend in this batter.

My only concern is the cost of the hushpuppies, which are a little over a dollar a piece, so you get five puppies for 6 bucks, I think this should be 8 for 6 dollars.“

“Initially popped in to try a couple of oysters and split a warm lobster roll… everything was so good we ordered it again, this time to try the cold lobster roll. I wasn’t sure on how much mayo they would use, so I did ask for light on the mayo (after seeing one review pic) and it ended up being the perfect amount (looked similar to the pic posted before the more recent one).

Both rolls were amazing, but in different ways. The warm one was so rich and buttery. It was savory with good lobster flavor. The cold one was you could really taste the freshness of the lobster, the lobster had a hint of sweetness to it. The bun also stayed a little more crispy which provided additional texture. Unfortunately, did not get pics of the rolls.

Great view, food, vibes, and service. Would absolutely recommend.“

“Got a regular Red Snapper with fries, I didn't have to ask for any condiments they had it all in the bag, Plus a Ground beef burrito because im greedy an I don't go there much, it seems like it has endless Snapper, fried an seasoned to perfection, its hard to get Snapper around, ate the burrito the next day, an it was still bussing, Whenever im in town it my first Stop fo sho, food came out in less than 15min.“

“Absolutely delicious shrimp and chips basket. The atmosphere is fantastic, and right down the way are the cute seals. The prices are reasonable for seafood. I would recommend coming here for fish and chips (or shrimp and chips which is what I got this time.)“

“We stopped in got some Fish & Chips (cat fish) and Onion rings and soda.As a very picky Aussie who loves good Fish & Chips most stores here in the US I’d score at a 6/10 but this little hole in the wall shop it’s easy an 8/10 the chips where good size the fish was average size for all the US stores I’ve tried but this little store the batter was crispy and the fish cooked perfectly the onion rings where good the Chips where very good but I feel a few extra minutes in the oil would have made them a perfect Crispy outer and hot and fluffy“

“There food is delicious. Called my order in 25 min early and It just took five min to wrap and give me enough sauce to eat it with. I had snapper and catfish combo it was Smackin. Great food does take time. I like to get my food in 10-15 min but at least it's fresh. The restaurant didn't have many people dining in, they were stopping in to order and coming back to pick it up though. There deserts were amazing looking and the workers at Jjs were really nice and called me sweetheart.“

“This establishment been here, since 80's. Older, kind, unassuming Chinese gentleman. Limited menu. But fries fish and fries or onion rings, fresh when ordered. No seating since Covid. I always have the fish (generous 2 tilapia fillets) Take out only.
Remember to sprinkle the salt yourself, ask for starters sauce, ketchup and malt vinegar, napkins and fork (if gonna eat coleslaw in car). Dont assume, condiments not given, unless you ask.“
