“Idk why people have so much hate for this place. Ive ordered from here a few times and every single time im impressed with how much depth and the flavor has for each dish AS WELL as the size portions of the food. I spent approx 100 bucks for 4 people (thats pretty average these days) for dinner and everyone loved what they got. 3/4 of us were able to order 2 entrees and managed to keep it around 25-30 dollars each and then still had enough food for leftovers later. Tsing Tao (love ya, Tsing Tao) is second to this place imo and ive been going to Tsing Tao since I was a kid. Give it a shot.“

“I ordered a bowl of farmer's fragrant and saliva chicken. Both were delicious in color and flavor. I couldn't wait to use my chopsticks before taking a photo. When I realized that there was only an empty plate left, I had to post a photo of the empty plate. All in all, it tasted great and I highly recommend it.“

“This is THE classic Szechune restaurant in Bay Area. It is convenient, spacious, and with nice decor. The food is authentic with milder taste. As a Cantonese the real SZ cooking is overwhelming. This milder version is just right. We had A3 appetiser, H5 boiled fish, and J3 stirred pork. It came to somewhat >$80 for two. The portion is large. The left-over is good for another 3 meals. Very delicious!“

“I've been eating at this restaurant for years. The food is always consistent. The price is great. I always feel welcome here and find the staff attentive. I'm as white as can be but I have it on good authority that the food is very authentic. (I've dined here with a couple of friends from Hunan.)
Favorite dishes: The dry hot pot (any combination); smashed eggplant with preserved eggs and chilies; spicy crawfish; Wuhan noodles; tomago tofu; steamed pork belly with preserved greens; pumpkin mochi. I could go on. I love almost everything here.
Don't come here for the atmosphere though it's always pleasant. Come here for the food.“

“Our daughter is obsessed with soup dumplings which we found at Fusion Dumpling. The traditional pork were great, but try the black truffle and wagyu soup dumplings. You won't be disappointed!“

“Incredible food and good price. The 5 spice pork shoulder was massive but the veggie combination and dry fried Sichuan chicken were too small, particularly the dry fried chicken, because even though it was our favorite it seemed to have a disproportionate amount of dried chilies. It would have been a perfect 5 stars if the portion sizing was a bit more balanced and the drink prices weren’t so high“

“The duck was so so so juicy and tasty. Scallion pancakes also crispy and very onion-y. Very close to citizenM hotel and top notch. I haven’t had food like this in a long time. What a treat, now I’m gonna sleep it off in my luxurious citizen m hotel bed good night :“

“When you first walk in there’s a lady who isn’t the friendliest but she seats you, no menu or waiter - just scan a QR code and pay right away which is nice. The food was 10/10. Very good portion size and the restaurant is VERY kid-friendly! They have everything for kids, high chairs, plates, cups, etc.
Parking: They have a parking garage but it closes at 9PM.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! They have high chairs, plates, cups, forks, etc.“

“Little Szechuan is one of our “go to” restaurants when we’re craving authentic Chinese food with regional spices and heat. They offer an extensive menu, including dishes that will help Chinese natives overcome any pangs of homesickness. In fact, it reminds my partner of foods his grandmother used to prepare for his family in Wuhan. Delivery is fast, reliable, and always hot upon arrival. Try it! Pictured here: Szechuan Fish with Pickled Mustard Greens – Suan Cai Yu (酸菜鱼) and Sichuan Dry Fried Potatoes with Pork Belly and Peppers.“

“The food here is pretty tasty, and the soup lives up to my expectations, boasting an authentic Chinese Yunnan style that I absolutely love. I opted for takeout, and while the flavors were on point, my only concern was the slightly high prices for a noodle restaurant. However, considering the delightful taste and the unique Yunnan-style flair, it's definitely worth a try.“
