“This little restaurant situated in the corner of a strip mall is an absolute revelation. It's an unbelievable addition to the area and a must try. We started by ordering a tray of their chipotle chicken fettuccine. It will ruin you for all other places that offer a version of chicken fettuccine. It's beyond good. The chipotle sauce is creamy and has a nice subtle kick. The chicken is grilled perfectly and yet stays moist. The pasta itself has the perfect bite to it. I can't say enough. It's that good. Next up we tried the Italian chopped salad. The salad had no business being that good. I hate salads and this salad converted me instantly. The greens were crispy and fresh and the dressing was to die for. This is one salad you will not regret ordering. We came back the next day and ordered the lasagna. This lasagna does not belong in a restaurant without Michelin stars. It was layer upon layer of cheesy awesomeness with a delicate marinara sauce in between. I can't wait for the day where you can taste pictures because this lasagna blew our mind. We are fat boys so we had to give the Meat Lovers pizza a try. There are no words. The dough has a perfect texture and the cheese melts so good. The toppings were generous and you had a bite of something meaty in every bite. Last, but not least, the bread. We tried the regular bread rolls but there was nothing regular about them. Absolutely fluffy pillows of goodness that were good by themselves or great with any of our pasta dishes. We also had the garlic bread which was maybe the only pedestrian thing about our meal. I prefer my garlic bread a bit more buttered but held up well to the sauces. Finally, the bruschetta. Crispy toast with the freshest tomatoes and dressing. A must have if you have the room. Don't sleep on this spot. It's worth the visit from literally anywhere.“

Came here for the 1st time with my coworker and we tried the Classic 6' sub with 2 sides. I got the macaroni salad and broccoli salad. The sides tasted ok to me but could be better. However, the sandwich was very tasty. I love how much meat and filling it was. I ate it all! We got a piece of tiramisu and that was very very good! The prices are affordable and the portions are huge. Beautiful color, chew and char on a crust that proofs for 36 hours. Thin enough to fold, but sturdy enough to hold up the toppings. So much flavor comes through from the fire and smoke of the oven. You can tell the dude man who was running the front of the house has serious love for the place. Very sincere, very authentic. This is not a whatever pizza joint. Every dish can feed you at least once, and there are plenty of choices such as pasta carbonara, chicken piccata, sandwiches, empanadas, salads, etc. We have only used outdoor seating and it was pouring rain the last time we went. They had prepared for that with large canopies and even offered dessert on the house. Desserts are hard to choose as each delicacy is mouth-watering. Offerings include a variety of gelato, cheesecake, a pistachio-based pastry, tiramisu, chocolate cookies, and cherry tarts, to name a few. Parking is a little bit of a challenge if you arrive late. This neighborhood gem Italian deli doesn't occupy a large space, but the space feels really efficient with a full service deli on one side and the other side having a place to order sandwiches/ prepared Italian foods with an area to sit. Like most Italian delis I've been to, this place sells a decent variety of market/ dry goods well. The prices here for the foods/ goods are more than reasonable and the overall place has that old school feel or at least the feel that this place has been here for quite a while. Came here on a rec from a coworker. Not sure if I was super hungry at the time, but I walked in greeted by friendly people and delicious smells coming from their hot dishes/ pastas. I ordered the Italian Grinder Sandwich (6 inch or regular size). Again, not sure if I was just particularly hungry at the time, but this sandwich was so fricken great. It had the classic Italian sub flavor profile and I though the bread they used was fantastic. Nice, soft and chewy with a nice firmness/crunch on the outside. The sandwich was more than enough. I actually was really tempted to buy some of the prepared pasta dishes to go for dinner (lasagna or baked rigatoni). Definitely would love to comeback to try some of my other classic fave sandwiches like chicken or eggplant parm. Or their Tuesday Guido sandwich special or pastrami sandwich. Parking was really easy to find because there is a pretty sizable lot relative to the traffic this place gets during the day.“

And also ordered the side quart salad with extra dressing on the side. This place is always consistent with their flavors and always fresh. This was perfect for two people to share. And we added a can of Dr. Pepper. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you like condiments, you have to ask for it. I always ask for red pepper flakes, plates, forks, and napkins. They pack it nicely in a box always. The wait time is usually about 15-20 mins depending on the amount of orders they get. Usually, by the time I place the order and drive out, it's ready for me. These pies have what I would call, by California standards, an Exceptionally thin crust. Which we New Yorkers like. Pie Life's crusts deliver a great balance of crispness to chewiness. Strong enough to support any topping, yet soft enough to give a very satisfying chew. In addition to selling whole pies, Pie Life also sells pizza by the slice, featuring a differently topped slice of the day, each day. The day I was there the "PBJ" was featured that's Pepperoni, Bacon and Jalapeño. An excellent combination perfectly executed. I will be definitely be coming back for more. Note There is a small parking lot, which is nice. Also: there is very limited space for dining, just a few small tables that line the side of a narrow balcony. OK for one or two people who are just grabbing a slice. We also had the potatoes and some wings. Potatoes weren't too crispy nor soggy. They were made perfect for little kids. The wings were crispy and had a lot of sauce so they weren't dry.
