“We were extremely impressed with the menu and drink options as well as the neat atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff (all male waiters) were friendly and helpful explaining items on the menu and also made recommendations. The food was made to order, served nice and hot, naan was delicious and fresh; rice and appetizers great. Our overall experience there was fantastic! We will continue going there for more menu selections.“

“Have noticed this place when I stop for Dutch Bros in the mornings. My husband and I had had a late lunch and saw that they had street food. We thought we'd get a couple small bites and try it out. I ended up ordering way too much but it all sounded so good. We ordered the pani puri, samosa, aloo tikka chaat, and paneer pakora. The aloo tikka chaat was amazing, so many flavors and just a little spicy. The samosa was as big as a grapefruit and completely stuffed with filling, it was almost a meal just by itself. The pani puri and pakora were also very good. Super friendly customer service and the sweets counter looked amazing. I can't wait to go back.“

“Today, my father and I were first time visitors to Chaat Bistro. We absolutely loved the food which was seasoned beautifully with delicious flavors! Bindu was so knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly during our visit. With her help, I decided to order the mango lamb curry and dad ordered the Malai Paneer. We were impressed with Bindu’s recommendations! Jass was also a delight in service. With his recommendation, we tried the Kheer for dessert. It was sweet, light and tasty! All in all, the atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is colorful and flavorful, and the space is clean and neat. Shout out to Bindu and Jass for providing great hospitality and quality food during our first visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!“
