“There is a manager in the store his name SIMON, he is a excellent manager, I always know that he is on duty , you can smell the chicken from Emeryville High School past KFC on over to Oaks Card Room, The aroma makes me think of changing my family menu KFC , most of the time I back track and get me the chicken special. No only that SIMON AND HIS CREW LOVES TO PROVIDE Excellent Food Service.so if you smell chicken in the air , Simon is there making sure it tastes good and delicious as it smells. Yummy ! Yummy! chicken. And the sides. are back to normal again. Especially the Coleslaw and Macaroni and cheese. Stop by you will not be disappointed. 😉“

“Last Saturday we ordered a lot of food from the melt. The whole crew was working overtime and we all ordered multiple items and the crew absolutely killed it. Lady working the cashier was absolutely amazing. Sweetest lady ever. The cooks were amazing and they have a very good crew working. The only names I received were Mar, Janeka, Dom and Tone but everyone was incredible and we definitely will be back.“

“Marcus and Leslie are Rockstars. I came in around 9pm on May 26th and I was immediately greeted by Leslie. She wore a neat uniform with her hair back. She's definitely a pro at what she does and she took my order and asked follow up questions. Later she gave me a sample of the fried cauliflower, because I was asking about it and it didnt not disappoint. Marcus, also in a neat uniform with long black hair, was very busy around the kitchen and dining room, cleaning, cooking, attending to guest. I requested him to take a picture of me with the decor and he obliged. Everything from the food, service and ambiance was perfect. It gave integrity and professionalism.“

“Lunch at The Roost is one of our favorites in SF. As a pescatarian, this is actually the ONLY chicken I eat, anywhere - and it is delicious. The adobo seasoning is fabulous. Cole slaw has a unique flavor that I wish I could replicate at home. Do try the sweet potato croquettes, but leave room for their brown butter cookies!“

“Great place to eat before your flight. Located close by OAK International Airport. There are lots of free parking spaces available. Dining area is limited. No outdoor seating. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I got their original giant burger. It was good but there was nothing special about it. I'll come by and try their other burgers next time.

Tables need to be cleaned and chairs arranged. It was a little messy in there.“

“This was my first time here, and I'm so glad that I visited. I ordered the double smash burger, which was delicious and juicy. The order came with seasoned fries. The atmosphere was simple, no fuss, and the service was quick.

Parking: Depending on time of day, parking can be difficult.“

“I wasn't quite sure what to expect coming to Lunette but I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with how good the meal was and will definitely be returning. I came with 2 other people at around 12:30pm on a Sunday and there was a super long line so we decided to order takeout so we wouldn't need to wait for a table to be seated but thankfully a large wooden table across the way from Lunette was open.

Items we ordered:
- KTPP - Pork Noodle Soup
- KTPP - Dry Noodle
- Loc Lak Salt + Pepper Beef
- Cha Kreung Spicy Lemongrass chicken (but no spice because the member of our party getting this dish can't handle spice)

All 4 dishes were pretty good but I think my favorite out of all of them was the Pork Noodle Soup though I thought that there were supposed to be pork rinds on top but it could have been due to the fact that we ordered ours to-go that there weren't any. The Dry noodle was interesting, I only had a bite of it but I'm more of a soup noodle type of person. Both the KTTP dishes had a bunch of black pepper which I personally loved. All of the dishes were pretty flavorful to the point of where you didn't feel like you needed additional condiments.

The price point is average for the Ferry building & SF area though the portion was a bit small. We were kind of assuming that hence ordering the 4th item to share. There were sauces also available inside which I'm not sure what they were but they were interesting in a good way because I wasn't expecting them to be sour/tangy.

“This place was so amazing!! Love the melt! Flew in from a ways away and tried this place for the first time. Kat went above and beyond with trying to help us look at the menu and gave us some of her favorite options! The food was DELICIOUS! I was happy I got what I paid for. Love it. Love it. Love it.“

But today the cooks in the back was not the regulars nd the chicken wasnt crispy like they wasnt coated properly and they are small the bread was hard. “Four stars because they clucked up one of the things we ordered. The Cali Cluckwich came with no tempeh bacon or avocado added on, and we didn't have time to get it fixed because we were crunched for time on a work lunch break. Without the cali ingredients added, it was a plain old classic cluckwich. Other than that, taste-wise the food was good. Also, I've always loved the customer service at the San Francisco location, the employees are always so happy and friendly. Hunny Hickory TenderClucks were delicious. “Stopped by for lunch and had roasted whole chicken with salad and bread. That was very tasty. Only thing that could be better is the amount of dressing on the side for the salad. They shouldn't be charging more for some additional dressing on the side.“

“Great chicken sandwiches! The curly fries are decent but unremarkable, and were mostly small pieces. The interior music is loud and the bass is cranked up, so eat at the outside tables to take your food to the park across the street. Not a fan of the 5% fee on top of taxes, just show us the real prices please!“
