“I’ve only been here for five minutes but the staff is so friendly. I’ve literally never met friendlier staff anywhere in my life. I see them greeting all the regulars by name, asking how they’re doing, referencing previous conversations. This level of service should be standard in the industry. It’s clear they care about their customers as people.“
