“Food is very good, and comes in big portions. Try not to use grubhub because once their system didnt receive my order and I had to wait for food, but after I started calling them for pick up it was always on time!

Parking: They have parking in the back that they validate for 1 hour.“

“Our dinner last night at IHOP was outstanding. I believe the difference was the service we received from Benjamin. We were greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as we walked in the door and were seated promptly. Beverage order taken and filled quickly. All options and substitutions we addressed and accepted. The food was delicious, exactly how we wanted it, and served in a timely manner. Benjamin made sure our drinks were always full. He was really on top of everything during our meal making it a very smooth experience. We have gone to this IHOP many times over the years and typically the service is adequate. Unfortunately the previous time we had gone it was terrible. So much so that we addressed it with the manager another day. They offered to comp us a dinner, but that wasn't what we wanted, just better service. We decided to give them one last shot before writing them off. Last night was the complete opposite in the best way. Just service that went above and beyond any expectations. Benjamin really made all the difference and he is the reason will continue to go to this IHOP.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Bostan by Grandma! Their Gata is truly out of this world. soft, with a sweetness that’s just right, not overpowering like so many others. Every bite reflects the love and expertise they put into their baking. You can taste the difference that high-quality, organic ingredients make; everything has the perfect balance of flavor. I’ve tried several of their other pastries, and they’re all equally amazing. It’s rare to find such authentic, flavorful food made with such care and attention. Off rip, I knew it was gonna be bomb because my boyfriend actually has great taste and recommended it. I mean why would I date him otherwise? But I still had to be the one to taste it to believe it. Those biscuits put them on the MAP! I had lost faith in biscuits & gravy in this city. I have been let down time and time again because it was so weak. But these gave me hope for the future 🥹 I could see this place being my breakfast new normal. “We wanted breakfast food and ordered the salmon bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and wait staff were very helpful and quick. The restaurant itself is a bit sparse but was comfortable to eat in.

“Nice little waffle place! Place is very rustic and offers delicious waffles. I had the savoury grilled cheese with bisque and my wife had lemon custard. Both were amazing and I don’t think I’ll ever find anything like what we had today.

Sorry my wife threw up outside the restaurant but in her defence she is pregnant.“

“This secret coffee breakfast and lunch spot is the best tasting food and value in the Westside bar none. Tucked into a lobby spot on Sawtelle, you can get a giant delicious egg breakfast with fantastic potatoes or chicken sausage for under $20. Coffees, waffles, sandwiches top notch. Why go to all of the douchey influencer spots. Great service and the guys here are always friendly pros. Check it out!!!“

“This is a great place to get breakfast. I usually get some biscuits and gravy with an orange juice but you can’t never go wrong with some pancakes or just some eggs hash browns and some toast. There is also a decent amount of parking that is behind the restaurant accessible from Ventura or the back alley.“

“Went today for breakfast with my son and service was really good. My waitress Claudia was amazing an attentive, she was super nice and patient with us. Place was really clean and food was really good overall we had a good breakfast with an awesome waitress that made the experience easy since I went alone with my toddler which sometimes it could be hard which she was super sweet with him.“

I come here also for the farfalle marinara: my kid's fav. Sauce is super, best we've had, she asks for this dish twice a month.

I have their pasta punch card for repeat customers. When I get a free small pasta I usually choose the penne aglio olio, a very nice snack, piping hot, fresh out the pan.

Oh my goodness, what a delicious treat.These pancakes are made from scratch, and served with warm butter, fruit, with warm maple syrup.Talia is the best, and she gave me hot water with lemon. Everything was so yummy, I eat the food before I could get the pictures.“

“Yeah it's expensive, as any restaurant located in an upscale office area in a concrete jungle is, but the food is pretty darned good. They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“
