“My family loves to dine here!“

“Our dinner last night at IHOP was outstanding. I believe the difference was the service we received from Benjamin. We were greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as we walked in the door and were seated promptly. Beverage order taken and filled quickly. All options and substitutions we addressed and accepted. The food was delicious, exactly how we wanted it, and served in a timely manner. Benjamin made sure our drinks were always full. He was really on top of everything during our meal making it a very smooth experience. We have gone to this IHOP many times over the years and typically the service is adequate. Unfortunately the previous time we had gone it was terrible. So much so that we addressed it with the manager another day. They offered to comp us a dinner, but that wasn't what we wanted, just better service. We decided to give them one last shot before writing them off. Last night was the complete opposite in the best way. Just service that went above and beyond any expectations. Benjamin really made all the difference and he is the reason will continue to go to this IHOP.“

“I can’t say enough good things about Bostan by Grandma! Their Gata is truly out of this world. soft, with a sweetness that’s just right, not overpowering like so many others. Every bite reflects the love and expertise they put into their baking. You can taste the difference that high-quality, organic ingredients make; everything has the perfect balance of flavor. I’ve tried several of their other pastries, and they’re all equally amazing. It’s rare to find such authentic, flavorful food made with such care and attention. From the way we were GREETED, TREATED, & SERVED, to the way they’ve continued to treat our daughter like FAMILY since she’s arrived in Santa Monica. “We wanted breakfast food and ordered the salmon bagel sandwich and breakfast burrito. Both were delicious and wait staff were very helpful and quick. The restaurant itself is a bit sparse but was comfortable to eat in.

“Waitor didn't tell me about an up charge but said I could have any selection of pancakes with Breakfast. Delicious and restaurant smelled good, music was ambient, but surprise charge. My check suggested 18%,20% or 22% but when I paid the tablet started it's suggestions a bit higher and didn't let me customize to an 18% because of the surprise unchanged. When I tried it defaulted to 20%. I found it surprising that I couldn't get out of there under $24.50 for a simple pancake platter! Ouch. Restaurant empty, which was fine for a personal call I intended to make!“

“Great service. Reasonable prices, a really rare thing in west LA and Santa Monica. Great breakfasts and pancake meals all day. Family friendly. Accomodates large gatherings well. New inclusive menu. Great senior and kiddie meal deals, carafes of coffee. Free parking. Almost empty during happy hour time because they don't serve alcohol! 😄“

They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“

“Breakfast in Beverly Hills is always amazing. My favorite item on the menu is the lemon ricotta pancakes. Oh my goodness, what a delicious treat.These pancakes are made from scratch, and served with warm butter, fruit, with warm maple syrup.Talia is the best, and she gave me hot water with lemon.
