Chicken Restaurants near Encino

“I have loved California Chicken Cafe and eaten here for years, including using their top-notch catering. When I moved away from LA in 2021, this was the place I missed the most. I recently stopped by the Encino location while in town and grabbed my favorite wrap. It was just as incredibly fresh and delicious as ever. The consistency is amazing. My only wish is that they would bring back indoor restaurant seating. I love this place so much. I really wish they would open a location in the Portland, Oregon area!“

“The food was delicious! We got the medium heat spice, which was perfect for me. My son wants to try the hotter one next time. The place was very busy so that might be why none of the tables were clean and they were out of ice. But we will still be back because the chicken was that good 👍“

“Absolutely amazing! We went on a Thursday of course when they have their $2 chicken strip deal, ordered 25 in all the heat levels (except country) and they are all 🔥🔥🔥FIRE! This is my new favorite Nashville chicken spot they're the best in the game. We will be back soon!“

“Excellent customer service, the food was delicious!! Had the #2 combo best tasting flavor sandwich!!! Hands the best“

“I was first introduced to Nashville-style hot chicken at Hattie B's in Nashville. Although I've never found anything quite like it here in Los Angeles (Hattie B's chicken serves bone-in whole pieces, marinated through), I'm addicted to Dave's, and love the Extra Hot! (I'll stay away from Reaper...I don't need to try something that requires a signed waiver!)

My go-to is the #4, and their fries are great too. The extra pickles they include are a really nice touch, and the sauce is a the perfect alternate to ketchup, and really goes with the chicken.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I can order at the counter, at a touch-screen kiosk, or on my app. The app has kind of become the easiest option for me now that I've gotten the hang of reordering my usual. I try to limit my fried, fast-food meals, but Dave's is usually my first thought when I'm in the mood to indulge in that kind of treat. If you like spice, it's a must-try!“

“Literally, my favorite fried chicken spot to order from. It’s perfectly crispy, the chicken is juicy, and the flavor is intoxicating. Love it. Pretty sure I’m addicted. My doctor hates this aspect of my diet but I can’t stop devouring the flesh of ancestral dinosaurs. I’ve even shared the chicken during pregamings and everyone who had some asked for more. Nearly keeping us in.“

“Great service and great food ! The chicken and waffles are the best and the Nutella waffles to die for!“

“Best wings I have had in 7 years being in n SFV. Also curly fries were great. We ordered on line then called to put sauce on side. They came to our house crispy including the fries. I being a chef was getting ready to turn on the air fryer, but didn’t need to. Everything was crispy, like wings should be. If they would added sauce we wouldn’t had the great CRISPY wings that we did. So now the critique 2 things celery and carrots were way to thick, they needed to be thinner for people with teeth issues plus just not a good bite when to thick. But what really needs help is ranch and blue cheese sauces, Very bland! Put some herbs in that ranch and some small crumbles of actual blue cheese goes a LONG WAY! But great wings sauce on side great curly fries. WILL BE BACK !“

“Awesome food with lots of great flavor. We enjoyed our experience and definitely would recommend to others to try. 10/10“

“Great for bringing the family together around a real roast chicken with light and crispy fries, stop and enjoy, you will not be disappointed, well done to the smiling and fast team, very clean, perfect establishment

Kid-friendliness: Yes

Wheelchair accessibility: Super practical“

“Awesome food with lots of great flavor. We enjoyed our experience and definitely would recommend to others to try. 10/10“

“Great food it’s just that my delivery person was too lazy to enter my apartment door code and keeps saying it’s not listed and he’s waiting there and he’s supposed to come up to my apartment door and leave food at the door of my unit and after a while my food was yet delivered where I wanted it except it was placed closer to the unit door next door and not the best photo and placing of the item and I had to put on my clothes to get out of my unit and next thing that I see is the bag of my food and delivery driver supposedly touched a bit of my food and the Brussel sprouts are burnt and not edible and they gave me flour tortillas with corn tortillas and corn is what the site automatically set it to“

“Nice Restaurant! Nice people and the crew. Good food, specially the fried chicken and the spaghetti.always fresh.😊👍“

“The waffles and chicken are delicious! It was out to me in record timing! The presentation of the food was spot on. The service was exceptional! I will definitely return for another great experience.“

“Fast And Friendly Service. ❤️👍“

“Excellent food nice service“

“The chicken is delicious especially the enchilado, and the mango habanero enchilado... Takes a while to get your food but it's worth the wait. It's best to call it in for pick to avoid a long wait. The staff is great very friendly. You can't really dine here but why would you? This chicken is something to enjoy at home!“

“Delicious little chicken place. Great food, small portions—kinda. Lots of side, not much chicken. I ordered the dark meat 1/4 plate, $18+ for two small pieces of chicken. Really good chicken, well seasoned.

Chicken was juicy, potatoes golden, bread soft, sauces delectable (chili and garlic). Hummus was RLLY good, and I don’t even like hummus.

Service was friendly and quick, what you’d expect from fast-ish food in Culver. The bright yellow decor is friendly, airy. A nice spot to chat over lunch.

I’m a 20-something guy, so lighter appetites would probably be satisfied with chicken portions. TBH I will be back and ordering the same meal. I’ll just… drink a protein shake first, or something.“

“My absolute favorite salad spot. Clean restaurant, parking lot, restrooms, dining area. Security on all hours of operation, you can order in advance and they bring your order to the curbside area. Plenty of parking. I give this restaurant an A++++ rating. Thank you!!“

“Great experience at CCC! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere inviting. Special shoutout to Tim, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. His friendly service really stood out. I'll definitely be back!“

“One of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite! I’ve been coming here for a while now, and the food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. I’ve never had a bad experience, and the staff is always kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!“

“awsome plain and simple and very pleasant staff“

“Love the food at California Chicken Cafe. I especially love the Chinese chicken salad & the dressing is one of the bests I’ve tasted. Sadly they no longer offer the Broccoli soup and portions have become much small -shrinkflation. Also, I miss being able to eat inside. Everything is to go now.“

“They have the best gorditas around! It’s been a min since I’ve been back. Arrived on a Monday late afternoon and no one was there. Oh yes, call ahead if you want to order the gorditas. Like I mentioned previously they make it from scratch so it takes some time. The lady on the phone said my to go order would take 20 mins. Decided to eat it there and my heart melt! The salsa is bomb, the food is bussin, come support small businesses!

Parking: you can park in the food bank area“

“10 out of 10 completely. if you're looking for that chicken that just falls into pieces as you take a bite this is a spot to go to it is amazing and tender“

“I used to visit more often when I worked nearby. In mid March of 2023, I was coming from an evening beach trip and decided to introduce a friend to their food. Daelan was very helpful with describing menu choices and portion sizes. He was very courteous and dressed very neat and clean. I will continue to visit for the healthy food and good service.“

“CluckShack is some of the best chicken I have ever had. The flavor hits you right away, the crunch is perfect, and everything tastes fresh. I love all their sauces. I do wish they offered a hotter one. The owners care about their food and you feel that from the first bite. I want to thank Maiden Community for introducing us to this spot. What a wonderful and delicious find for our group.“

“I recently visited Kluckin Chicken and had a really great experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They were patient, helpful with the menu, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s always nice to see a restaurant where the employees genuinely care about their customers.

The food was absolutely amazing. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor, and the portions were generous. You can really tell they put effort into the quality of their food. Everything tasted delicious and well prepared, making it one of the best chicken spots I’ve tried.

Overall, Kluckin Chicken is a fantastic place to eat if you’re looking for great food and excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves flavorful chicken and a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back again!“

“I stopped by Bacolod Chick’n Inasal for the first time after hearing good things about it, and I’m really glad I did. The grilled chicken was incredibly juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right with that delicious smoky flavor you only get from charcoal grilling. You can tell the food is prepared with care and made fresh instead of being rushed.
The portions were generous, the rice paired perfectly with the chicken, and the sauces added even more flavor without overpowering the meal. I also appreciated how clean and welcoming the restaurant was. The staff greeted everyone with a smile, answered my questions about the menu, and made me feel like a valued customer.
It’s refreshing to find a place that serves authentic, comforting food while maintaining excellent customer service. Whether you’re already familiar with Filipino cuisine or trying it for the first time, Bacolod Chick’n Inasal is definitely worth a visit. I’ll absolutely be coming back to try more of the menu, and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends and family.“

“Awesome deal and super delicious. If you’re craving something good and fulfilling with a lot of taste, this spot is it. Dudes are super nice too. They brought out my plate to my car while I was waiting. The short mexican girl working and delivering is super cute too 🥰“

“These two guys are very hardworking in the kitchen, and they definitely deserve to be acknowledged! 👏 I’m amazed watching them work together, they really know what they’re doing. They’re fast, organized, and have great teamwork. I always admire people who work in the kitchen and truly know their stuff. Great job, guys! 🙌👏“

“Used to go to another kfc but the workers there were rude so I tried this kfc, I was pleasantly surprised. The workers were smiling, my food was hot and on time. I asked for sauce she gave me as many as I asked for did it with a smile and wasn't bothered at all. I will be returning here.“

“CCC recently changed their green and red salsa recipe and I’ve got to say it is super delicious. The previous recipe was okay, but this new recipe is so good I had to write a review. I always order from them for the food, but this salsa is very very good. The salsas are now Roasted. Keep it up.“

“Got the chicken tender combo, slice of cheese pizza & garlic knots. My 12yo said the chicken was tender inside and really good seasoning, he got Medium & hot (wasnt too spicy), fries were bland, needed some salt. Garlic knots were good, but too heavy on the seasoning. Sauce was ok, very tangy. He said the pizza was really good. Prices are a little high. It's a small place, about five tables inside, clean & located in a small plaza. Staff was very welcoming & pleasant.“

“I used the drive thru. Ordered the pot pie & individual cole slaw. At the pick-up window, the girl said my order was $26. I said for a pot pie! Seems like they didn't put my order in, so I had to wait a but longer & the price changed to $8.“

“Arrived late one night and ordered the fries with chicken and the sandwich. The chef was super nice and very dedicated to making the best possible chicken. Which it was, I have never tasted such crisp, perfectly spiced and amazing Nashville chicken before - kudos!!Thank you, sending our best regards from the two norwegians!“

“great place to be for lunch.“

“todo muy rico pero no dan todo lo que se ordena“

“First time coming last week, wasn’t sure what I wanted, i’m very socially anxious so ordering is often an issue but their employee Gracie was the best! She was so kind and so very helpful, definitely someone that makes your day!“

“The food is ALWAYS FRESH. And the new $4.99 special with 2 legs, mash potatoes & gravy and a biscuit with butter and honey is an AWESOME DEAL!!! especially in times like today with inflation. It's a deal that lets you know that KFC is trying to help the people save money. I APPLAUD them for that.“

“I love this KFC location. The food is consistently delicious, and they always serve the freshest, best-tasting chicken. It’s clear the kitchen staff works incredibly hard to keep quality high. On top of that, Arman at the front is awesome—very nice and makes it a pleasure to come here, always a welcome vibe. Outstanding food and excellent service are exactly why I keep coming back!“

“These tacos are freaking addictive!! I'll drive from LA for the tacos. Everyone, I highly, recommend this restaurant. It's extremely clean inside. They have a bathroom. And the staff are so courteous and professional.

Parking: Ample parking with handicap spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly restaurant“

“I'll make this quick and simple because my Main goal is to Chick your boxes 🤙🏽

I only order online. Many times already. Boy, they never fail our tatstebuds. ✅🔥

Everything is tasty and savory ✅

I've had a many hot chickens but this one is a favorite of mine. 🔥

You different options such as 3 chicken strips with fries, 2x sauce, chopped pickles; you can also get 2 chicken (breast and thigh) with bread, fries, chopped pickles. Just be sure to explore your options. Any combo is great. ✨

It's definitely worth a try. ✅

Enjoy! 🤙🏽“

“Yummy! ❤️ Great and freindly environment. Food was delicious 😋“

“great dinner very good customer service 🤗👌“

“I just wanna take a second and thank my friend Liam at the Chick-fil-A who is an absolute pleasure of an experience just now ordering something. I always order but just went above and beyond to take care of me and my son on a Thursday afternoon.

He was truly a delight and I’m grateful for it. You got a good one Chick-fil-A.

Thank you Liam

“Made super quick, super delicious pickup order!--update: my husband picked this up after a work meeting to bring home (2 hours away) and it was still perfectly delicious! The leftovers heated really well in an airfryer the next day. We got gangnam, original, and soy garlic. We loved the radishes, so classic with K chicken, and spicy dipping sauce too. Such amazing food in a great location with a tea shop and French patisserie close by for a perfect day out (or to bring home to loved ones ;))!“
