“I recently had a fundraising event and Sunny Side was such a great choice for catering. After I sent an email, I got a call back and we walked through the order and right sized it. The guests really enjoyed an artichoke quiche, strawberry chicken salad and three types of mini cookies. Everyone raved about the food. It was all packaged up to be easy to serve. I would highly recommend working with Sunny Side on your next catering need!“

“THE HOUSE WAS ROCKIN' ! Whenever we are in Escondido this is the ONLY PLACE WE EAT ! My wife and I were heading a very long way to Wildomar on Monday to visit my wife's Mom & Dad in an assisted living facility. But first we stopped by here for a nice lunch. It was a bit before midday when we stepped inside the front entrance to be greeted warmly by the lovely owner / founder Jenny who we have known for many years. Jenny herself took our order for 1 x Capicola & Provolone Sub Sandwich plus 1 x Gangster Reuben Pastrami Sub Sandwich. The place was ABSOLUTELY ROCKIN' on Memorial Day and there were stacks of loyal customers lined up waiting to place their lunch order. Our fantastic looking sub sandwiches were hand delivered to our table...and believe me it doesn't get any better ! Our delicious sub sandwiches hit it clean outa the ball park ! As I said to lovely Jenny....YOU ARE A LEGEND !“

“Pretty decent sandwiches. It’s unfortunate both bathrooms are locked. My sub was good, although pretty basic. But, if you’re looking for something quick, with consistent quality, it’s not a bad option. Rock N Jenny’s is by far my favorite in SD county though!“

“Whoa!!! Absolutely awesome. I’m amazed as to how far the staff went to resolve my issue. I lost a battle to Christmas hours and ordered food this closed subway. Unfortunately, the system was still taking orders and customer support didn’t help at all to issue a refund. Today I go in to satisfy my subway cravings and explained the situation. Immediately, the profesional artist contacted the owner in an attempt to help me out. I was told the order will be canceled and I will be refunded! Cool! 2 hrs later, Justin had reached out to me with a wonderful solution, a heartfelt apology, and an explanation.“

They were low on bread and had run out, so I went with a wrap instead, and they still made it work with my specific sandwich requests. Everyone was polite and great to talk to. Definitely recommend coming here if you're craving a Jersey Mike sandwich. The food and the staff make it worth the visit!“

“Went here for my first ever Subway sandwich. I was kind of nervous becaue I did not know what to order, so Itold the employee and she was kindly recommend what kind of meat, bread, everything on the menu to me. I got mine extra meat ham and Steak and avocado add on and i like mine not too crunchy and she made it perfectly!Good food and excellent customer service. Will come back.
