“I’m writing this review for the wonderful service I received here today! Normally whenever I crave ice cream in the evenings I’m met at other locations with grim workers who sometimes even ignore me. This location however, I was greeted by two upbeat workers who made friendly conversation with me and helped me pick out a good flavor for a freeze (which are really good)! They told me their names are Kim and Kaia (I hope I’m spelling it right). I hope all the other customers will have the pleasure to receive such wonderful service from such friendly people like I did! Sorry for stopping by 15 minutes before close!“

Her service was impeccable and she encouraged me to try as many flavors as I wanted and was not rude if I asked to try another flavor to compare again. Ultimately I chose the Sea Salt w/ Caramel Ribbon for my husband and I to enjoy! Next time we’ll go for the Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. When you go ask for Anne, Thanks Anne.“

“The cafe is located next to Residence Inn hotel. We visited during summer around 6pm after we had Von’s for our dinner. The cafe is cute and the girl who served us was friendly.

Boba sundae: the bobas were chewy and sweet. The ice cream was super creamy & milky yet it wasn’t too sweet. The combination was perfect.“

Overall, spent almost 30 dollars on 5 dingle serve portions and walked away knowing I wouldn't be doing that twice. I'll take the grandkids to DQ, Coldstone, or let them pick out a half gallon at the store before repeating this mistake.“

“Our go-to choice. Some locations fill in better "wildcard" options than others, but it's rare that I've ever gone and not been excited about at least one or two flavors. Some of my faves Banana pudding! Oreos, Just the Cream OR Just the Cookie paired together. Their Dole Pineapple has to be the same exact product you get at Disneyland or the Boardwalk- but way cheaper! There's just about every topping you can think of.“

Menchie’s on Madison is hands down one of my favorite frozen yogurt places. They switch up the flavors regularly, so there’s always something yummy to try, and I love that it never feels stale or repetitive.

What really makes this location stand out is how welcoming they are to kids and toddlers—it’s such a friendly, family-friendly spot. The store is super clean, well-organized, and well-maintained, which makes every visit enjoyable. Even the bathroom is big, well-stocked, and spotless—which, let’s be honest, is a huge plus when you’ve got little ones in tow!

The employees are pleasant and efficient, not overly chatty, but they get the job done, and I appreciate that. The prices are fair, and they run great promotions from time to time, making it even more affordable.

At the end of the day, this is my go-to frozen yogurt spot. Whether I’m with my kids or catching up with friends, it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend!“

“The only thing I had an issue with was the confusing ordering on your app. Once the 30 minute minute window was up my order disappeared. I thought it was canceled, because it was no longer under my order button. Of course I reordered and I got charged twice. The guy was super patient and helped cancel one of my orders but not without hassle. Love this location, the guys working there are always friendly and welcoming! I'll be back!“

“When I went in, there was only one worker and 5 of us customers in the store so I wasn’t greeted but it’s fine because the service was fast. The worker was polite when my order was ready. On the downside it did kinda smell bad in there but I can’t really blame them…. it’s Marconi ave. 😂😂“

“Great place for ice cream. 50 years ago I worked at a Baskin-Robbins in Dayton, Ohio. Then, six cones with 2 scoops cost $1.68. Today those cones cost about $36. But the cones are bigger. The quality of the ice cream is the same. Excellent. I will go back again to sample all my old favorites. Tonight was black walnut and jamocha almond fudge.“

The box included 2 each of the following flavors: chocolate brownie, sugar cookie with Cadbury Mini Eggs, carrot cake, cherry pie pretzel, chocolate chip & lemon crinkle. Nice, large cookies so we cut them up so everone could sample. The chocolate chips were great and still warm on arrival - a warm chocolate chip cookie is always the BEST chocolate chip cookie. Nice sized chips. The chocolate brownie was my favorite: soft and the perfect amount of chocolately flavor without being overly sweet. Not a huge sugar cookie fan but these are good. Hard to cut but right ratio of sugar cookie to frosting. My husband would be in heaven with these. The carrot cake was super moist and everything I want in a carrot cake. Good ratio of cake to frosting with just a sprinkle of nuts. You can taste the carrot shavings and raisins without them overpowering.“

“85/100. As a lover of diners, this is probably one of the better ones I've had the pleasure of trying. I went in with pretty average expectations and genuinely enjoyed my meal. Sadly they were out of onion rings when I went to order the Hagen Burger combo (#3), so I wasn't able to have a full experience quite yet but enjoyed it nonetheless!

The burger to topping ratio was perfect, the meat was cooked well though I couldn't discern any specific seasonings from it, and the toppings were all wonderfully fresh tasting; no warm tomatoes or soggy buns here! The french fries were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, as well as being lightly salted for those worried about sodium. You also get a small drink with free refills on soda, which is a massive plus in my book.

So, why only an 85? There isn't anything particular about this meal that stuck out to me and at $17.98 after taxes, it felt like it was missing something else. Additionally, it feels pretty empty and quiet when dining inside the building when there arent many customers though that might be a plus to some others. My last note brings me back to the meal, specifically the burger. I ADORE a good burger and regularly seek out good restaurants with great burgers, but this just didnt stand out at all. By no means do I think it was a bad burger, I just don't think I'd say its a fantastic one.“

“I drive by this place every day and finally I stopped to try it out and I got the corn with Cheetos the waffle and ice cream and the mangonada. Everything was pretty delicious.

I think the corn needs more stuff in it. Than again I was maybe thinking it would taste more like elote with Cheetos on it so that maybe why I was a bit disappointed, but than I had the mangonada and omfg. It was the perfect summer dessert honestly. The freeze with the actually sweet mango drizzled in that spicy goodness. If you’re ever overheated and want something cool and delicious just go here seriously if they had alcohol added to that they would have customers out the door.

The service was quick. The guy was very fast at what he does definitely recommend.

I just want you all to know, the people in the Folsom location are always friendly and pleasant, which isn’t always the case today.
