“Nice vegetarian/vegan restaurant with a great selection of food. I got Aloo tikki chaat and Veggie tikka(Kofta) with rice. Aloo tikki was made freshly and had chickpeas and mint and sweet chutney on top which tasted delicious. Veggie kofta gravy was pretty good, kofta itself could've have been slightly better. The portion size are decent and pricing is reasonable.“

“Excited to have an Ethiopian restaurant closer to home. I usually have to drive to Sac from Placer County. I ordered take out online today for lunch. The lady who greeted me when I walked in was very welcoming and answered all my questions. The restaurant was clean. The portion size was bigger than I expected. I appreciated that they separated certain parts of my order, like the cottage cheese and each of the lentils. I highly recommend the Doro Wat (chicken), Kay Sire (beets and potatoes) and Misr Wot (Red Lentils). They were delicious! Will be back for sure.“

“- pan seared gyoza - great 9/10- crispy chick-less bao - great 9/10, almost a 10!- Peppered Steak-less Noodles - good 7/10, pretty tasty, but menu said it was served in a garlic butter-like sauce, but there was no sauce seemingly; noodles were kinda plain. “We were excited to finally see freeze dried meals that are vegan. We found a few other companies that offered a couple of vegan options but required ordering packs of the same flavor so we would be stuck eating the same meals over and over. We gave Outdoor Herbivore a shot because of the incredible variety of vegan options and the ability to order packs of varied meals- and we were not disappointed. We've ordered the 5-Day Backpacking Meal Combo, then the 7-Day Backpacking Meal Combo and everything we've tried has tasted fantastic and we were amazed at how filling they are and how much energy they provide. “I have been coming here for about (2 years) 5 years for pastries. Never really got lunch or anything because of timing and in a hurry. Today however it just worked out where I had to grab something to eat. Of course I did still grab multiple pastries. I mean why not I was there? “Been to this locations twice and both times I have had a great experience. Many flavors to choose from, although I’m always drawn to the vanilla custard, it’s so creamy, and just delicious. They have a great selection of toppings. I’m sure no matter who you are. You can find something to top your yogurt with.The establishment is always clean. The staff is always welcoming, kind and helpful. This is easily becoming one of my favorite yogurt shops to visit when I have a hankering for a good old-fashioned yogurt.“
