“I'm not a coffee person, but it sounded good last week. The barista's name was Alex.I explained to Alex that I don't often drink coffee, but when I do, I have it very sweet and creamy, and I have NO IDEA what to order.He thought for a moment, and then recommended the White Mocha. I got it with 2% milk, and he absolutely HOSED the top with caramel.Good Lord! This drink is delicious! ?So now, at 48 years old, I'm hooked on Starbucks!I went back today, and a lovely lady named Anajelly made me the same drink & I love it! 5 ?

“We go through the drive-in at 6am every Monday and Wednesday and we are always impressed with how professional the staff are. One young lady has taken a liking to my granddaughter ( our excuse to get in the commuter lane ) and takes extra care to make sure her "drink" is correct?? She goes out of her way to make sure we are good and we appreciate it! Daphne looks forward to saying hi!

“Convenient location next to the mall Solano Town Center. Great drive-thru location to order drinks. I ordered thru the app the venti iced caramel machiatto with extra caramel drizzle. The first sip was like no caramel drizzle and just pure super strong espresso. Shaken it to the fullest but not enough, I used a spoon and stir it and achieved the desired taste of the caramel macchiato. I haven't tried the dine in indoor but I heard restroom is not available and less or no tables.“
“Every time I have came to the Starbucks, I have always gotten exceptional customer service. However, there was a time last week where I completely messed up my order and was so embarrassed because it was totally my fault. I was taken a back at how the situation was handled by an employee named Natalia, she was absolutely amazing and instead of being annoyed
That I messed up my own order she offered to fix it with the biggest smile on her face. I honestly can’t say enough good things because it was a Very short, but yet meaningful encounter thank you so much Natalia for being such a great person And handling everything the way that you did because I know had it been another Starbucks location I could have definitely gotten the side eye (and rightfully so) 🤭 From employees there. “Today when we ordered it didn't speak loud enough and the person taking my order didnt hear me say 2 lattes. When I pulled up to the window I asked for the second she said she didnt hear me but went straight to making a second one as quick as one can, and in a minute and a half it was finished outstanding service thank you Starbucks superheroes!“
