“I was here for a private event which the owners were kind enough to open for a friends private birthday party. We got to enjoy their very interesting mix of different foods and they were all amazingly good. I don't throw out the 5's too often but the ribs and lamb lollipops were a big surprise and tasty our group devoured them. The sushi and rolls were fresh and very good and the mexican shrimp tacos were very good Overall great friendly owners who appear to be like family in the neighborhood.“

“TUESDAY FOOD REVIEW...HAI SUSHI (again)...3/5/24! Today we went back to Hai Sushi, located at 1101 E Los Angeles Ave., in Simi Valley, for lunch. We have eaten there many times over the years, as their food is always DELICIOUS!!! I had their Miso Soup, Spring Greens Salad, 911 Roll, Lobster Roll, Shrimp Tempura, Fresh Water Eel, Spicy Scallop Hand Roll, Garlic Edamame, Yellowtail Sushi, and Salmon Sushi. And it was as it always is, fresh and delicious!!!! Definitely Simi Valley's best sushi restaurant!!!“

“I arrived at Kiku Japanese Restaurant at 3:00 PM today and was instantly greeted by staff, who wasted no time getting my order started. The cashier recommended the chicken teriyaki bowl, which came out piping hot. Teriyaki sauce wasn’t too sweet and complimented the chicken perfectly!! The cabbage salad dressing was especially yummy. Fantastic place for a quick bite and is conveniently located right next to the 118/23 interchange.5/5 service, 5/5 food. Will absolutely be coming to Kiku next time I’m in Moorpark.“
