The whole experience was simple and convenient, the staff were polite and the order was ready pretty fast even though it was a bit busy. I went with one of their chicken bowls and was surprised by how fresh everything tasted — the chicken was nicely grilled, juicy, and had that slightly smoky flavor, and the rice and veggies actually tasted clean and not heavy or oily.
