I can’t say how refreshing it is to be able to eat clean healthy Asian cuisine. The owner is Bill and I’ve met him twice now. He’s passionate about his restaurants, yes I said restaurants plural. He let me know there’s one in Eldorado Hills and Folsom as well as this one I’m reviewing in Citrus Heights on Sunrise. It’s beautiful, clean, and the food is so very delicious! “We love this sushi spot! And we’ve been allllll over the el dorado hills and Folsom area looking for the best most fresh fish. It has a new owner and you need it try it if you love fresh fish! They consolidated the older menu when they took over ownership and are making small changes to the atmosphere inside but it is DELISH!“

“I do recomend fats asia bistro roseville the food is delicious it's beautiful but unfortunately this time 2 young ladies in the front ignored me, gave dirty looks and were disrespectful to me also did not even help me at all. the gentleman who helped me was very respectful and its just sad that a great place and usually great experiences can be ruined because a couple employees decided to be very rude and for no reason.“

The dumplings had a good bite to them, really like the sauce too.
