“This is my new favorite Asian restaurant it’s far from home but so worth the drive. From the decor to service to the amazing food…. I can’t say how refreshing it is to be able to eat clean healthy Asian cuisine. The owner is Bill and I’ve met him twice now. He’s passionate about his restaurants, yes I said restaurants plural. He let me know there’s one in Eldorado Hills and Folsom as well as this one I’m reviewing in Citrus Heights on Sunrise. It’s beautiful, clean, and the food is so very delicious! Highly recommend and give it 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

I really enjoy their fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp, as well as their rice plates! They even have a couple of banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) options – the grilled pork is my favorite!

From the moment we walked in, the service from CHIN was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly—like dining with friends who know exactly how to take care of you. “A really great place to get tasty soups, noodles, and dumplings!

My kids and I love the pan fried pork dumplings – super good! I have had several of their noodle dishes, but my favorite is the spicy numbing pork noodle soup. Really flavorful. My wife loves their oat milk matcha latte, too!

“I do recomend fats asia bistro roseville the food is delicious it's beautiful but unfortunately this time 2 young ladies in the front ignored me, gave dirty looks and were disrespectful to me also did not even help me at all. the gentleman who helped me was very respectful and its just sad that a great place and usually great experiences can be ruined because a couple employees decided to be very rude and for no reason.“

I got the 经典 (三拼) 汤米粉 / House Special Rice Noodle Soup, 葱油饼 / Green Onion Pancake, 凉拌黄瓜 / Cucumber Salad, and 凉拌皮蛋 / Cold Preserved Eggs. Everything was so so so delicious and flavorful. “BOMB! I could only be happier if I could eat more in 1 sitting. On a Sunday afternoon, it was practically empty. I had the pork and veggie ($11 and easily the best) as well as pork and crab ($15) and it was very filling. 3 sauces are on every table: chili crisp, a sweet soy blend, and a sour vinegar based soy blend. I mixed all 3 in the provided dish and loved having every flavor component without any being overpowering. They come out piping hot from the kitchen w a glass wall so you could watch em brewing made if you want. The service counter has 1 register, but if there's a love, they have a kiosk right next to it that can be used to order and pay too. Water is free from a dispenser by the register. And there's a to go station if you eat there and want to take part home, complete w containers, utensils, sauce and sauce cups w lids, and bags. There's light spa music playing which feels very zen. The mural goes great w the red and wood decor. The staff was nice and service was very fast. Their storage shelving is covered w linens bearing their logos, and the 1 person bathroom is clean and made to smell nice. If I'm ever passing thru, I'll be stopping here for sure!“
