“This is my new favorite Asian restaurant it’s far from home but so worth the drive. From the decor to service to the amazing food…. I can’t say how refreshing it is to be able to eat clean healthy Asian cuisine. The owner is Bill and I’ve met him twice now. He’s passionate about his restaurants, yes I said restaurants plural. He let me know there’s one in Eldorado Hills and Folsom as well as this one I’m reviewing in Citrus Heights on Sunrise. It’s beautiful, clean, and the food is so very delicious! “I had been passing by this restaurant for a while, and I was genuinely excited to finally stop in and review it. Right from the moment I walked through the door, my initial impressions were highly positive because the entire dining area is exceptionally clean and well-kept. Complementing the spotless environment, the staff provides excellent service throughout the meal, remaining both attentive and welcoming from start to finish. I decided to order the Black Ramen, which turned out to be a very good bowl of food with just a few minor areas for improvement. The pork was incredibly tender, though it could have used a bit more seasoning to really elevate its flavor profile. On the other hand, the egg was executed flawlessly and cooked perfectly. While the broth is a bit thin, it remains highly flavorful. If the kitchen could develop and deepen those broth flavors just a little bit more, this dish would easily cross the line from good to excellent. Additionally, the fresh vegetables add a great, tasty element to the bowl, and the kitchen serves a very generous quantity of properly prepared noodles. Bottom line, the ramen here is very good, and it would be absolutely outstanding with a few small tweaks to the broth and meat. I had a great experience and would certainly recommend giving them a visit.“

I really enjoy their fresh spring rolls with pork and shrimp, as well as their rice plates! They even have a couple of banh mi (Vietnamese sandwich) options – the grilled pork is my favorite!

“A really great place to get tasty soups, noodles, and dumplings!

My kids and I love the pan fried pork dumplings – super good! I have had several of their noodle dishes, but my favorite is the spicy numbing pork noodle soup. Really flavorful. My wife loves their oat milk matcha latte, too!

“I do recomend fats asia bistro roseville the food is delicious it's beautiful but unfortunately this time 2 young ladies in the front ignored me, gave dirty looks and were disrespectful to me also did not even help me at all. the gentleman who helped me was very respectful and its just sad that a great place and usually great experiences can be ruined because a couple employees decided to be very rude and for no reason.“

“The little noodle shop in SF Supermarket is such a good spot if you're craving for soup noodles. It's just hidden in the food court inside the plaza. Would recommend to a friend if you want some affordable meals here with good quality food. My fav is the crispy pork noodles. Don't think I've had crispy pork anywhere else. “BOMB! I could only be happier if I could eat more in 1 sitting. On a Sunday afternoon, it was practically empty. I had the pork and veggie ($11 and easily the best) as well as pork and crab ($15) and it was very filling. 3 sauces are on every table: chili crisp, a sweet soy blend, and a sour vinegar based soy blend. I mixed all 3 in the provided dish and loved having every flavor component without any being overpowering. They come out piping hot from the kitchen w a glass wall so you could watch em brewing made if you want. The service counter has 1 register, but if there's a love, they have a kiosk right next to it that can be used to order and pay too. Water is free from a dispenser by the register. And there's a to go station if you eat there and want to take part home, complete w containers, utensils, sauce and sauce cups w lids, and bags. There's light spa music playing which feels very zen. The mural goes great w the red and wood decor. The staff was nice and service was very fast. Their storage shelving is covered w linens bearing their logos, and the 1 person bathroom is clean and made to smell nice. If I'm ever passing thru, I'll be stopping here for sure!“
