The ice coffee horchata was 💯 really, really good they add cinnamon powder on top for free because there's other places that charge extra fee for some cinnamon powder 👍 if you're craving something delicious like cookies and ice coffee horchata. “A hidden boba shop that just happens to serve pho and other food options. They don't specialize in pho and only have one variety (prime rib pho), but it slaps and is jam packed with meat! Only 10 bux and comes with a free small drink of your choice.

Unfortunately I had to deduct a star for lack of consistency. The pho ranges from amazing to just average, and I suspect it depends on the time of day. Try to come in the mornings.“
