“Today, as I do almost every day, I visited the Starbucks on Euclid and Rosecrans. Unfortunately, I had a rather unusual experience. I waited patiently in the drive-thru, but the cashier did not show up for quite some time. As I was leaving, I honked my horn lightly to make my presence known.
When I got to the cashier window, she told me to be careful with the horn. I told her, “I’ve never waited this long or honked my horn before. Let’s not talk anymore.” But she kept talking. If the cashier had just acknowledged the delay with a simple apology, the situation could have been handled more gracefully.
I have always appreciated Starbucks’ reputation for polite and attentive service, so today’s experience was disappointing. Although I visit regularly, I felt that the cashier’s emotional response lacked professionalism.“

Not everyone makes small talk come natural but this man did.
He helped me figure out the name of my drink, since I had forgotten. ??
He even recommended it with oat milk, made it himself since it was after the fact that I payed.
Give this man a raise ?

“Stellar service at store 541! I went through the drive through and Sergio kept it real with great humor and a warm welcome. I usually get coffee but wanted something refreshing and he recommended a strawberry açaí lemonade. It tastes amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. Always appreciate my baristas and Sergio demonstrated why!“
“Best coffee and Fraps Starbucks never disappoints I do like trying other coffee places but can't beat the free wifi but the app is difficult to earn rewards like before I was a gold star member many moons ago give more rewards and free coffee please“

“My son and I have been coming here on Friday evenings after basketball practice for almost a year. All the staff have been very friendly and Professional. Even if they were out of certain items because it was late at night, they always had suggestions and were very patient as we altered our menu. All of the crew have been very kind, patient, and delivered the food in a timely manner and always warmed the food up properly.
We are very pleased with this establishment.“
“This location is a lot bigger than the one in Garden Grove that I went to previously. Lots of seats, plug ins and yes, the restrooms as of right now are accessible. The employees are wonderful and respectful as well as promptly preparing orders.
Vegetarian options: Highly recommend the egg, pesto and mozzarella sandwich if your diet allows the consumption of eggs and cheese.“

Sad to see these petty reviews on drink orders, those should not count against them. Keep up the good work!“
