“Today, as I do almost every day, I visited the Starbucks on Euclid and Rosecrans. Unfortunately, I had a rather unusual experience. I waited patiently in the drive-thru, but the cashier did not show up for quite some time. As I was leaving, I honked my horn lightly to make my presence known.
When I got to the cashier window, she told me to be careful with the horn. I told her, “I’ve never waited this long or honked my horn before. Let’s not talk anymore.” But she kept talking. If the cashier had just acknowledged the delay with a simple apology, the situation could have been handled more gracefully.
I have always appreciated Starbucks’ reputation for polite and attentive service, so today’s experience was disappointing. Although I visit regularly, I felt that the cashier’s emotional response lacked professionalism.“
“Stellar service at store 541! I went through the drive through and Sergio kept it real with great humor and a warm welcome. I usually get coffee but wanted something refreshing and he recommended a strawberry açaí lemonade. It tastes amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. Always appreciate my baristas and Sergio demonstrated why!“
“I need to start off by apologizing that although most of the staff here know my name, I don’t know all their names. The customer service here is great! The staff is professional, friendly, and always in good spirits. I am a regular customer at this location, so they know my drink order. Shout out to Ang, Victoria, Briana, and the rest of the staff. Sad to see these petty reviews on drink orders, those should not count against them. Keep up the good work!“

“The Ladies and Christian, are always so welcoming every time I walk into Starbucks. They always ask how your day is going and carry on a conversation with you. My drinks always come out very quickly and taste amazing. It’s probably contributes to the extreme cleanliness of their work area and equipment.“

“A typical Starbucks with drive thru service. Food and coffee items taste and are served as you expect. The customer service in the morning is great. Even in the early hours many of the baristas are in happy welcoming moods. I was served by Katlyn today. Great representative for all the barristas there. I decided to dine in and was served with a nice mug and plate. The dining area is nice and has ample natural light. There is an outdoor area to sit as well.“
“This is a gorgeous Starbucks that is kept impeccably clean. They also have a 10 person meeting room that is reserved only for employee use. This particular build reinvented a Denny’s restaurant that was formerly at this location. It is spacious, and the service is friendly and prompt.“

Not everyone makes small talk come natural but this man did.
He helped me figure out the name of my drink, since I had forgotten. ??
He even recommended it with oat milk, made it himself since it was after the fact that I payed.
Give this man a raise ?
