“My brother and I went to Pho Hoan Pasteur with high expectations as they had high ratings on Yelp.
He ordered the regular sized steak and tendon pho. He found one piece of tendon in the entire bowl, so he was disappointed. The taste of the pho broth was just OK... not the best, nor the worst he's ever had.
I had the grilled shrimp bun and it came with two egg rolls. I was disappointed as rice noodles were all broken. It felt as though the bowl was filled with the rice noodle scraps at the bottom of the bag. The fish sauce wasn't remarkable either. I added lime juice and samba.
We tried it. We probably won't return.“

“Love the shrimp spring rolls and egg rolls. My daughter loves the pho and my husband likes his grilled pork and rice. We were able to dine in at 11pm. Glad we were able to make it, esp after arriving from a transatlantic flight. Thank you for the good food.

Only the sandwiches are a bit over priced compared to 16 different locations weve been to. Instead of over pricing, should focus more on mass sales rather than higher priced products.“

“My bf and I stopped by after a long flight and seeing good reviews. The spring rolls were so good to me. The pho broth was so soothing and delicious. My bf got the broken rice with sliced pork and he said it was good. The ube coffee looked too yummy to drink, and it was also yummy!“

“The Pho is great. Clean and beefy broth with a slight taste of the star anise and a slightly sweet after notes. The meat to noodle ratio is excellent, rare beef is tender and the meat balls flavorful. The rice noodles are firm which I like. Topped with thin slices of onions, generous amount of green onions and cilantro. The herbs, basil, bean sprouts are fresh and crisp.

The Chicken with Chinese Broccoli and Carrots was just average. Service is welcoming and accommodating. Very chill and relax atmosphere. The music is relaxing. Overall a wonderful experience and I will come back again.“

“I have driven by this place several times and it doesn’t look like much on the outside but I had a good feeling about it.
As soon as, we walked in the Aroma of the kitchen was Amazing!! Plenty of “pick up orders” on the countertop! Menu had lots of options. Pho and spring rolls +peanut sauce and flavors did not fail super yummy!

It’s an older building but I’m not there to check out the decor. Seat yourself and they’ll bring you a menu. I ordered a large Pho Tai. Food was good and hot. Friendly server/waiter.“

The food here is really good and it doesn’t taste artificial at all. the service here 100 out of 100 no doubt!
There are plenty of unique dishes over here, for example fried banana that I really liked and wonton pho is probably what I order the most. The spring rolls with the SAUCE, please try that whenever you want to eat healthy, light yet fulfilling!

“A random tiktok video brought me to this place, and boy, am I glad it did! I had the Rare Steak and Crunch Brisket Pho, and it was the best I've ever had. The size of the bowl is absolutely perfect. They have changed ownership and go by Vietnamese restaurant express now.
Bartender gave out free ice chia lattes when i was there which was really nice.
It was also slow so don’t count on the same perks when you visit.

“The food is very flavorful and of excellent quality. The owner and server is a very friendly and warm person as well. You can tell that this is a family owned establishment but I think that adds charm. Another customer who didn’t speak english very well came in while we were eating and the owner took his time and used what little spanish he knew to help the customer to his best ability. You already know its going to be good authentic food when it's a mom and pop shop, located in a sketchy shopping center and Cambodian music videos playing in the background. Disclaimer: you may have to wait for someone to take your order if you're dining in. Just be patient because they only have one staff answering calls, taking order and serving dine-in guest. Just know the food is delicious and food comes out piping hot. We got the Papaya Salad, Fried Fish w/ Mango Sauce, and Combo Pin Noodles. The food was so good I only got a picture of the Papaya Salad and ate everything else before we realized I haven't taken a photo. Sauces were all very flavorful, fish was perfectly crisp, and food was all on point. Definitely recommend trying this place when your in the local area!“

“Reviews are mixed, but my experience was alright and Id give 3.8/5. The pho broth is on the sweeter side and had a lot of flavor, which I liked. The egg rolls were probably precooked or sitting under a heat lamp since it came out literally a minute after ordering. The noodles in the pho were pre-cooked and one big clump, but I was able to give it a few stirs, and it was good to go.

Overall atmosphere is dated. It's old style mom and pop. There was a worker in there playing a game or watching a drama on his phone with the speaker at max volume, so it was so distracting and annoying. Very rude to customers trying to dine.
