“On Monday, October 27, 2025, I visited the Panda Express in Oroville, California just before 9pm, along with my boyfriend and my brother. Having many years of experience working in restaurants and fast food establishments, it was obvious to me that we came in at a time when they had just finished a small rush of dinner business, and another rush was starting just as we walked in. The entire staff was focused and did a great job. The cooking staff was quickly putting out freshly made food, and the counter and drive thru staff were efficient, friendly and accurate. Lyeanna, and I was very impressed by her ability to keep our complicated order straight, juggle several other tasks, and have such a great attitude and smile on her face all the way through a hectic time of day that was near the end of her shift. She is clearly a hard working and dedicated young lady, and her customer service skills are outstanding.“
