Angel provided amazing service during a visit. The Rib Eye was a bit tough, but the Filet Mignon was perfect. The Stuffed Potato was flavorful. The ambiance was a bit off, with music that needed improvement. Despite this, the restaurant is iconic in Hacienda Heights and worth another try on a different night for Lobster night or Saturday evening.“

“My daughter and I ate there yesterday for the first time! The chicken was very tender and tasty… I recommend the chicken club sandwich. My daughter got the Cobb salad and the portion was huge! Their specialty lemonades are really good too! I tried the strawberry and basil! Yum!“

“The food is usually really good at this location. I’ve only had one bad dining experience but I considered it a busy night. All the servers are very attentive and quick. No matter if I order my food as is or with substitutions, it will come out correct and fresh. I will say however that the one bad experience I had was pretty disheartening. We sat down, had our drink orders taken, and then we were switched servers for some reason. The first waitress didn’t take a break or say anything to us about the switch over. It was really odd since she was super personable with the couple directly behind us. Carly was a wonderful server who was chatting up a storm with us so it didn’t affect us too much, just a weird interaction. At no fault to Carly, our food came out in the wrong order and incorrectly. We waited over an hour and a half for an appetizer. I had to eat half of my burger bc I was so hungry and then decided to send it back bc it was overcooked and cold. The manager that night really dropped the ball. She came over with the app and gave a quick apology while bolting off. I had to ask directly for my burger to be taken off the check as well as the appetizer. I’ve been back since and all seems well now but I don’t think quality should be downgraded during a busy night. I’d much rather wait 3 hours for correct food and at the proper times it’s ordered. Again this was one experience I’ve had out of probably 10 here. All others were wonderful and quick.

Vegetarian options: Lots of the apps are vegetarian or can be made that way. They offer lots of salad, burger, and noodle options too.

Parking: Can get a bit packed but I’ve always been able to find a spot pretty close.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp but no automatic door. You will need assistance getting inside the main building or sitting out on the patio.“
