“We used the Harmony Valley Creamery ice cream truck for our wedding and it was an absolute SMASH! It was such a unique experience for our guests and the ice cream tasted fantastic and fresh. Brielle, who worked in the ice cream truck, was great with our group. She also made a delicious ice cream sundae for me and my husband to eat instead of cutting a cake and it was super special and so much fun. Setting up the service was easy, too. I cannot recommend Harmony Valley Creamery enough!”

“Hidden kitchen is the most amazing place. You'll come to on the Central Coast. They have an absolute jam in the blue corn Waffle. They make special waffles every couple months. Today it was peaches and cream and Halloween. They'll give you marshmallow chocolate, drizzle, Waffle. And then they have that candy bacon. That is absolutely amazing. Their mannex, machaca, tacos, incredible. If you get a couple of those, you're going to be in hog heaven. If you come to Cayucos, you must Go to hidden kitchen if you're anywhere near. You must come to hidden kitchen and their smoothies are huge and chock full of delicious fruits do not miss this place.”

“This coffee was a gem of a find. It is located on Ocean Ave which was a walking distance from our lodging. There is free on the street parking with handicap access. It has a warm cozy relaxed atmosphere. There are indoor snd outdoor seating. The servers Bernice and Jenna were great; friendly, patient and efficient. Their caramel macchiato was excellent with an added artistic heart foam topping. I loved it! It tasted much better than the popular franchise coffee. My hubby enjoyed the capuccino, white mocha and caramel macchiato. All the pastries looked yummy. The lemon blueberry muffin, cinnamon bun and pumpkin spiced scone were delicious. They open at 6:30 which is great if you want an early start to your trip.”

“We cannot say enough good things about Indigo Moon. We were in Cambria celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. We have lived all over the world and eaten our way around the world. This is literally some the best food we’ve ever had. The lobster bisque was phenomenal. We had the fish special, which was epic. And the portions are huge.”

I come from the land of Pliny and so many other amazing brews, it was nice to get to try something new. Fella behind the bar was chatty and attentive, even though we were the only people there. “I ordered a churro and an iced coffee, and that might have been the best churro I ever ate (and I've tried a lot of different churros)!! Iced coffee was excellent too! I talked to the cook and he let me know that they were made from scratch, and it was so good that I had to try the Reuben too, which was also amazing! This is going to be a staple every time I'm in Cayucos from here on out!”

After grabbing coffee across the street, we wandered into this charming winery and were warmly greeted by one of the owners, whose hospitality set the tone for an exceptional experience. We couldn't resist purchasing a few bottles, including the Bootlegger, which paired perfectly with the season finale of MobLand, its rich, distinctive taste elevating our viewing night. The wines were so impressive that we're already planning to order more online. Among all the wineries we visited in Cambria, Black Hand Cellars stood out for its exceptional wines, warm atmosphere, and memorable hospitality. “We visited Cambria this weekend and decided to try Sea Chest since we were staying within walking distance. Oh man! This place is incredible. We loved it so much we decided to go for dinner both nights of our trip! The shrimp and scallop scampi was delicious and my husband enjoyed the fresh catches of the day each night. We arrived at opening time each night so it was about an hour wait but honestly it went by so quick. They have plenty of room to wait inside or outside with a glass of wine and on Saturday night they had live music in the outside waiting area. The service was great both nights as well. Make sure you order the chocolate torte and a nice cup of coffee for dessert - you will not regret it! Can’t wait to visit again soon!”
