“Didn’t know the diner was in a hotel so make sure you look for the hotel, not the diner’s name! Lovely staff, especially the lady that served us. Really welcoming and patient since we weren’t sure what to get and asked for takeaway. Food was delicious, definitely recommend the chicken sandwich and their fries are seasoned really well.“

“This food was delicious and worth every dollar. I got the Crab Melt sandwich with fries and I wish I had been to this place sooner. 10 out of 10. Sevice was great and the atmosphere was great. We were seated immediately. Everyone enjoyed their food. You have to try it!“

“this was my grandfather's favorite place for 40 years. grandma is British so thought the "chips" were really French fries! The family are scattered around the US, but always stop at Wendy's when they are in town. Can recommend this cafe if you are in the area.“

“Teddy’s is a true old-school diner in West LA, known for its classic American breakfasts and great value. The atmosphere is cozy and nostalgic, with a nice shaded patio. It’s cash only, with generous portions, friendly service, and even some tasty Mexican specials. A solid spot for a hearty meal!“

“Always good! Home cooking, great staff and nice customers. Good value and fun funky throwback feel and architecture.
Update: It's been freshened. All the good stuff remains. Seems brighter. Maybe a paint job. New cash register! Credit cards now. Some outside seating.“

From the way we were GREETED, TREATED, & SERVED, to the way they’ve continued to treat our daughter like FAMILY since she’s arrived in Santa Monica. They’ve been nothing less than spectacular and are the epitome of what a True, neighborhood nostalgic 50’s diner encompasses. No other establishment has ever provided fun toys & items of entertainment while waiting for our food. We thank Benjamin for that! Victor the GM checked on our table and made sure Kim our waitress was taking care of us! Kim was a fantastic server and we never once waited for a refill on anything. The staff @ Cafe 50’s take pride in their customer service & establishment and they deserve all the recognition! You have our family’s support for life Cafe 50’s! “Always a great experience at this restaurant and we just love our regular waitress in fact if she’s not there we wait to sit in her section Elizabeth is our favorite server, we’re not saying that we don’t like the others but she is our favorite and is very nice and knows what makes us comfortable extra napkins & coffee creamer etc. just the little things that make us feel comfortable she really is the best in our eyes“

“On a mini-vacay and My wife found this place some how. The service was great and the food was better! So flavorful and appropriately filling. After eating we made our way to Venice beach and walked 8k+ steps according to our watches. We only snacked on a cotton candy &Arizona Tea (Don’t judge 😁😳)... just go and eat at Ronnie’s!!!“

“The lady who served me was extremely nice I didn’t catch her name but she was a lovely person and the food was absolutely delicious the doughnuts were out of this world I was so shocked on how flavorful everything was here I would definitely come again and bring family here 10/10! “Iggy's has some the best tasting fries I've had. And, I love fries. Everything we ordered good. And, the price is right!
Vegetarian options: I had an egg and potato breakfast burrito at lunchtime; it tasted good, well seasoned no need for anything else. Everything we ordered there was good.

“S&W is a classic American breakfast/lunch cafe in the heart of Culver City right near the Kirk Douglas theatre. The location can't be beat but parking can be an issue(not in my case though as I used the excellent Culver City bus).
The menu has the classics and I liked I could build my own 3 egg omelette stuffing it with jack cheese, onions, corn beef, ground beef, bell peppers. It also came with sourdough bread and hash browns(other options available like pancakes. I spent $20 total but the value is above average it was alot of food.
Note: I really like that they ONLY take cash because it contrasts to the trend I really dislike of places not taking cash.

“There was a wait due to overflow from the convention in town but once we were seated the wait staff was super attentive to us. The manager Daniel made sure to check up on us and wait staff was knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out so fast and it was honestly the best meal I’ve ever had at a Dennys. Things were affordable and quality and it was the most pleasant dinner I’d had in awhile. Great visit during the busy week“
