“this was my grandfather's favorite place for 40 years. grandma is British so thought the "chips" were really French fries! The family are scattered around the US, but always stop at Wendy's when they are in town. Can recommend this cafe if you are in the area.“

“We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and pancakes were fluffy, the eggs were perfectly cooked, I had chilaquiles it was delicious 😋 and the coffee was always hot and delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming perfect for starting the day off right. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Excellent location. I was 3 days post-op so could only have the broth from soup. Boyfriend ordered food. It looked and smelled amazing. Loved the outdoor seating option where I could see the ocean while enjoying the company, atmosphere, and soup. Service was acceptable, they could have stopped by a little more often.“

“Very homely atmosphere. Friendly customer service. Hot and fresh food. The parking lot is a little small and tight but there's two entrance/exits. There's no menu online but they do offer over the phone orders. I ordered the T-bone steak and eggs with fresh fruit, a pancake and fresh squeezed orange juice. It was all perfect and flavorful. Minimum wait time (10 mins or less). 10/10 highly recommend.“

“Cozy cafe inside the Delphi building. It is open to guests and visitors alike. I tried their Black Dalia which are 2 French toast with whipped butter and raspberries. It is very sweet and the French toast itself is very fluffy and soft. They gave me a seat 30 mins before they close which is nice. Great place for breakfast.“

From the way we were GREETED, TREATED, & SERVED, to the way they’ve continued to treat our daughter like FAMILY since she’s arrived in Santa Monica. They’ve been nothing less than spectacular and are the epitome of what a True, neighborhood nostalgic 50’s diner encompasses. No other establishment has ever provided fun toys & items of entertainment while waiting for our food. We thank Benjamin for that! Victor the GM checked on our table and made sure Kim our waitress was taking care of us! Kim was a fantastic server and we never once waited for a refill on anything. The staff @ Cafe 50’s take pride in their customer service & establishment and they deserve all the recognition! You have our family’s support for life Cafe 50’s! “Always a great experience at this restaurant and we just love our regular waitress in fact if she’s not there we wait to sit in her section Elizabeth is our favorite server, we’re not saying that we don’t like the others but she is our favorite and is very nice and knows what makes us comfortable extra napkins & coffee creamer etc. just the little things that make us feel comfortable she really is the best in our eyes“

I had to be escorted to my car by security. I do hope Westfield Culver City is NOT becoming the gang infested den it was as Fox Hills mall. I will NOT be visiting Westfield Culver City/Fox Hills Mall anytime soon. I'll drive a little farther for a safer shopping option.“

“A casual, order-at-counter restaurant. I was in a group of five and we all liked our food. I had a chicken taco with tortilla chips, one person had a chicken wrap with a bowl of fruit, another person had a steak quesadilla, 4th person had fish taco with beans and rice, and fifth person had an eggs, bacon, hash browns and French toast breakfast. We were there for Saturday lunch and we parked in the building where the restaurant is located for a $6 flat rate.“
